Late night stop here passing through Texas. For starters, the drive-through was probably 6 to 8 cars deep. Inside, there were about 6 people just waiting as they had ordered. We ordered, and our food took just over 30 minutes. You could tell people were agitated. The food wasn't bad, the atmosphere was a little chaotic, and there was tension in the air. Slow, finally, after 20min came and told us grilled chicken was holding up the order. Re ordered burger and they never offered to give us the difference.Total order was for 5 people, over $40.00.

This place was rocking on GOOD FRIDAY! The gentleman that looked took our order today was getting it. He was training, taking orders and when we left.....my man was on the grill. He had a hat on that said "whataburger trainer." He was communicating with every area making sure that people had what they needed.
