“We are from Avoca Tx. We were camping at Lake Tawonkoni State Park. Our son met us up here for a visit from Tyler Tx. The chicken fried chicken and the chicken fried steak was very good. Service was awesome. But there was a ketchup spill by the waitress, we took it in stride. Infact we laughed at what happened, not the waitress, she did good. But the ketchup never got cleaned up off of the floor. It made our visit full of laughter . We have jokesters in the family. We will be back for sure.“
“Traveling back home to Louisiana from the "Texas Fly Fishing and Brew Fest" in Mesquite, Texas we came across this unique delight. Some of the friendliest Folks, Wonderful Service and the Buffet was delicious! We'll definitely come back again when passing through this area!!!“
“You wouldn't think in passing that this place in this small town would be so good, but LISTEN. I pass by it quite often and was starving so decided to give it a try. I had the chips and salsa (and you can tell a good Mexican spot by the salsa), i had two bowls, and then some enchiladas with their sour cream sauce, which easily riveled my fave spot in Dallas, and some kind of frozen drink with banana and coconut and it was also very good. I will DEFINITELY be going back, and I don't understand why this place isn't packed. Oh and that FROG DIP is something SERIOUS.“
“Sean was our server. He did a great job. The New York strip steak was tender and well seasoned. Creamed spinach & asparagus were perfect. Bread pudding for dessert was good, too. CALL & make reservations as they only serve so many per night and walkins sometimes don't get in!#!#!“
