Ordered food on the drive there and was ready when I arrived for the pickup order. The man at the counter was really friendly in the short time I was there. This happened both times I've been here. They deserve a lot of credit :)
After having what was an epic bad week, the pizza coming wrong was the straw that caused me to just break. I called "to speak with the manager" and I was surprised to find kindness and understanding on the other side of the phone. The Manager, Casey, took the brunt of my frustrations and met them with both kindness and resolution. She not only remade my pizza but delivered it personally. Pizza is always on point. Love the variety of options and of course the reward program is always a win for me. I've never had a problem with customer service and the food is always hot.
