Pizza is always on point. Love the variety of options and of course the reward program is always a win for me. I've never had a problem with customer service and the food is always hot.

I have had multiple problems from this location! Cold pizza, wrong toppings, but I kept trying hoping for an improvement with utter disappointment! Today I placed an online order at 1830, I ordered it to arrive at 2115. It didn't arrive until 2200!! It was cold and lacked an appropriate amount of toppings for what we paid! I will no longer be ordering from Dominoes!!! So upset...

Ordered food on the drive there and was ready when I arrived for the pickup order. The man at the counter was really friendly in the short time I was there. This happened both times I've been here. They deserve a lot of credit :)

Pizzas were ordered for Christmas Eve. 7 to be exact.Delicious ? Everyone was very pleased and quite satisfied. Price was reasonable enough.
They take advantage of disabled people. Last 3 orders I have placed have either not been delivered or I had to have my neighbor call them on my phone to actually get my food delivered. This last time it was "completed" seconds after being "cooked." They even called me on multiple orders even though every time I order I put in the comments I am deaf.

TERRIBLE!!! The parking lot is beyond dark. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza with light cheese and heavy sauce. And whoever made my pizza put light sauce and heavy cheese. Probably one of the worse domino's I have ever been too. For 21 dollars I can go somewhere else and get better food.

Terrible service! An hour and a half after our food came out of the oven and the employee hangs up on us when questioned? Call back and someone claiming to be the manager says he doesn't even work there and has no idea if food will even be delivered.

1st complaint is you can't add a 2 topping pizza for $6.99 as coupon and offer claims. No matter how I mixed them up it's $1 more. No big deal except it's falsely advertised and the principle. 2nd complaint I order 2 large Supreme half off original price pizzas. $21. Then you call me and tell me you don't have dough to do my large pizza orders. But you can do 2 medium for same price? Lol.SMH. No deals here!!

Order, 14 minutes later tracker said it was quality control check stage. 45 minutes later still said that called. Person said drive is leaving with it now. 15 minutes later still had not arrived canceled my order. Never ordering again. Waiting on my refund still. This seems to be the norm for businesses and customers service.

After having what was an epic bad week, the pizza coming wrong was the straw that caused me to just break. I called "to speak with the manager" and I was surprised to find kindness and understanding on the other side of the phone. The Manager, Casey, took the brunt of my frustrations and met them with both kindness and resolution. She not only remade my pizza but delivered it personally. I have worked in property management for a very long time and I have never met an individual more deserving of praise and the title of Manager more than Casey. Thank you so much. Representatives like you are hard to find in any field. Domino's is truly blessed to have you! All my respect and gratitude.
