Been coming to this location for almost 7 years. It used to be a five star experience both for our family and for catering. However, the shift in customer service, as well as the noticeably decreased portions of food, has made us want to go to other Costa Vida locations unfortunately.

Utah County got hit with a huge storm and a guy came to the drive thru and let us know they had a lot of employees call in. Great call on the manager to shut down the drive thru. I went inside and I saw one guy by the name of Brandon in the AF location. He was doing everything he could from answering the phone, communicating with the people waiting, and finishing up the orders. I demand you give this guy a raise cause he kept your other employees in order. He took lead in the chaos and did what he could. Good work Brandon.
Costa Vida is my go-to spot; I'm most definitely a regular. I love the generous portions and healthy options. Oh, and their cookies are a hidden gem; I'd buy in bulk if they offered a discount.Now, let's talk about a little hack: salsa roja. This isn't the run-of-the-mill red sauce near the meats!!! Use the salsa roja at the very end of the line. One day, a manager went above and beyond by grilling my steak with onions, cilantro, and jalapenos in that magical salsa roja... and it was mind-blowing! Now, whenever they're not slammed, I repeat that same thing.. why settle for ordinary when you can have extraordinary?But hey, let's address the elephant in the room – the rush hour. Yes, it can get a bit crazy during meal times, but honestly, can you blame folks for flocking here? With portions this generous and options this healthy, it's a small price to pay. Love this Costa Vida!

Food is inconsistent with their amount of meat. I never have this problem with the one in Orem. We always order sweet pork burrito and sometimes we have enough meat. There are also times where we don’t, like today…there was more rice, beans, and cheese than the meat. If we wanted a damn salad, we would order a salad. ? This isn’t the first time which is why I decided to leave a review. Train your workers better for the food to be consistent. Thanks.Update: Added one more star for their response. It’s the little things! Thank you!!Update 2: 5 Stars!!! We went today and it’s back to how it used to be! This was an actual burrito and not a salad!! Thank you so much, Costa Vida! ???
