Costa Vida is my go-to spot; I'm most definitely a regular. I love the generous portions and healthy options. Food is inconsistent with their amount of meat. I never have this problem with the one in Orem. We always order sweet pork burrito and sometimes we have enough meat. There are also times where we don’t, like today…there was more rice, beans, and cheese than the meat. If we wanted a damn salad, we would order a salad. ?
