I visited this Taco Bell today on my lunch about 1:30 today. I ordered a number 6 with two chalupa supremes and I forgot what the other taco was called. I notice my chalupa was super dry after having a bit and took a look to see why it tasted off. There was no sour cream. I give this Location a 5 star because, they were fast to fix the issue they asked me to go to the drive though and show them the taco so I did and they made another WITH NO ATTITUDE or bad manners. This is good customer service. This customer service is hard to find now days. Thank you Taco Bell team at 500e American Fork! Keep up the good work!

Only one thing can be said... loo oooooonnnnggg time in the drive thru after 10pm. Mixed up the order, but no way i was going to go back through to complain.They need a way to send the cars with slower orders ahead and bring it to them. The current system fails in so many levels.

As Taco Bell’s go this one was typical. The staff were jerks and the food was just as good as usual, it’s Taco Bell.The staff refused to say the name I go by (Big Papa) so instead they just put my order on the counter. There were at least 10 or so other people who had ordered and were waiting so when everyone else had already been called up I walked up to see what was taking so long and the guy in the camo shirt said he wasn’t going to say my name (even though I’ve been here before and they’ve never had an issue with my name). Literally the name I go by everywhere.I was missing an item from my order, but the staff fixed the issue when I brought it to their attention.Plenty of seating restroom was clean.Ordered from a kiosk, but an employee was available to order from if I didn’t want to use the kiosk.

Got food poisoning from you guys yesterday and I’m pregnant. Trip to the ER and I am not happy that I have this massive bill due to the lack of sterilization at your restaurant. Will never be back.
This was the worst Taco Bell experience I've had in a long time. It took exactly 20 minutes from the time I ordered for my take out order to be ready. The tortillas were so stale they felt like cereal box cardboard. The burritos were made poorly with all the beans on one end, the rice in the middle, and the cheese on the other end. Yes, Taco Bell makes cheap food, but other locations make it faster and better. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house, so I will visit it again and update this review if it improves.

New Year’s Eve my son and I went to the American Fork location to grab a bite, the woman working was named Ashley and she had the absolute best Customer Service!! She was very kind and super sweet. We took a min to decide what to order and she was very polite and patient offering great service & letting us know the specials.. I just want to give a 5star shout out to Ashley!!! Usually employees get annoyed especially when working the window! Thank you Ashley for showing amazing customer service.. YOU ROCK ❤️?
