3 times in a row, our order has been wrong or missing something. It's extremely frustrating, because the food is really good, but we are consistently not getting what we order and waiting an extra long time for it. Twice we have ordered Farrs hard ice cream shakes, Twice we have received soft serve. The first time, they apologized and made them correctly. The second time, the person looked right at us and told us they were hard ice cream shakes. That will be our last time going. It's one thing to make a mistake and fix it, it's another to lie and still charge for what we didn't get. Very unfortunate. If management decides to improve service, we might give it another go. Until then, good luck.

It was a good place. To bad the kid they had today wasn't very friendly. The young lady took the order, was such a pleasure. I understand if are busy. 3 workers the only one I thought was working hard was the young lady in the front. Taking drive through orders and inside. She ask for help ? I would have waited just to get a happy person to bring it to us. Wasn't a friendly person did only what had to. Poor girl working hard and have to work with people who don't want to help. ,?
