McDonalds is really going down hill. It's never been my favorite but the service was very poor. You can only order from the kiosk or so it seems, which is very time consuming for a larger group. Thank goodness for a clean and fun play place to send the kids to while ordering and waiting for food. Once the order is ready they set it on the counter - no trays, and quietly say the order number while turning back to the kitchen. They don't wait to see if you get your food or need...read full review
