Cowboy Ranch House Bar & Restaurant offers a great atmosphere and tasty food. The ribs and tri-tip were delicious, while the sides like baked potato and sweet potato fries were decent. The rib eye and roasted chicken were perfectly cooked, with slightly undercooked veggies. The service was friendly but slightly slow due to being short-staffed. The breakfast buffet was a nice addition and better than typical hotel options. The bar side had a nice vibe, although the family side had too much lighting. The chili and Caesar salad were solid choices with good portions. Despite some minor flaws, this place is worth a visit for a good meal and friendly service.
