I haven't come here much but there is a salad bar, fountain drinks, different toppings to put on your pizza besides 3 sizes to order a pizza, they have breadsticks and they also have desserts and nice seating.

Staff needs the maturity and direction of adult management. All high school or beginning college age. Ordered bread sticks with marinara and pizza. Had to go up to the counter to request the marinara as it didn't come with the bread sticks. The server/? passed on the request to one of the teenage pizza makers behind the counter who then finished popping a potato chip in his mouth, scooped a small ladel full of marinara in a small plastic cup, then cleaned marinara that spilled over the edge of the plastic cup with his bare finger, scrapping the contents back into the cup. Server/? Didn't bring the right amount of plates, no silverware. Had to go up and get myself. Generally dirty surroundings. Saw cobwebs by window by our table. Worn eroding blinds. Staff unaware of customers in part, socializing amongst themselves. Lousy customer service. Pizza and bread sticks were decent.

I’ve always liked pizza factory, but the pizza factory in Cedar city is so exceptional!A guy that I work with told me about the Dakota special dish.The Dakota special is a Bowtie, pasta, veggies, and meats that is Absolutely delicious!Dakota is hands-down a master when it comes to pasta!Thank you for your creation Dakota we enjoy it immensely!And thank you to the staff of Pizza factory. Everyone is always so friendly and kind and considerate. We love eating at the pizza factory Cedar city

I visited today and had the Tuesday lunch special. It was amazing I chose the half chicken penni pesto a bread stick and salad. The salad bar was freshly stocked, clean and had plenty of choices to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had I not been so hungry I would have taken pictures.
My husband and I had Pizza Factory cater our wedding with pizza and breadsticks. We were a little nervous at first but could not be more impressed with the customer service and quality of food that we had.Thank you for making our day and our guests happy!
