The burgers take time to cook because they are fresh, not frozen.-- the price is high, but if you compared it to a place like Costa vida , it's not that far off, maybe a few bucks more. Yeah, the fries are pricey but you sure get a ton of them. Just share!-- tipping is not required to get your food.-- I'm not a fan of the BLTs. Some like them but just be aware that the bacon *is* supposed to be that crispy. It's not the employees fault.-- I highly recommend not ordering through door dash or something bc you'll end up paying a fee and if something needs to get refunded, you have to go through them, not the restaurant.P.S. the oil for fries is peanut oil and the fry sauce has gluten in it.I absolutely LOVE the food. Great customer service and excellent food quality.We stopped by this location twice, and during both visits, we were pleasantly surprised. Our chicken was perfectly cooked, not too burnt but perfectly charred. My pollo loco chicken bowl had the perfect ratio of ingredients. Some locations add too much rice and/or beans, but the ratio was perfect. The chipotle chicken burrito was delicious! Hard to believe the burrito was from a chain restaurant! The perfect amount of all ingredients. The avocado seemed to be freshly cut, and the chicken was very moist. The salsas tasted freshly made, including the pico.Everyone at the location was super friendly. I made a last-minute change to my order, and the employee who was helping me was so patient. Most fast food restaurant encounters are easily forgettable, but this location left a great impression. Such a friendly reminder of excellent customer service.Great job to everyone at this location ? Only downside is it is getting really pricey these days. My normal combo of 2 reg chili dogs, reg chili cheese fries, and a large soda ran about $13 on my last visit. Typically there's no more than about five minute in line to get to the counter and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get through placing your order to getting your food. It's a thin crust, fire oven pizzeria and there are lots of topping options. You can either select from their menu or build your own. Service is good and there is seating inside and outside, or you can take out.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies.“

“Utah County got hit with a huge storm and a guy came to the drive thru and let us know they had a lot of employees call in. Great call on the manager to shut down the drive thru. I went inside and I saw one guy by the name of Brandon in the AF location. He was doing everything he could from answering the phone, communicating with the people waiting, and finishing up the orders. I demand you give this guy a raise cause he kept your other employees in order. He took lead in the chaos and did what he could. Good work Brandon.“

“I love Culver’s kids meal. It’s delicious and one of the better bargains around. You get a main dish (I typically get the burger with all the fixin’s) side and drink as well as a small custard. Their onion rings and fries are crispy and delicious. Their custard is also great. Their regular meals are also delicious but quite expensive if you get a full meal. In top of that, they charge .35 cents for fry sauce which is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Their employees are very nice and pleasant, but the last two times I’ve gone their for take out they’ve forgotten something in my order. I called to see if they would credit it but they said they couldn’t so I had to either drive back for the food or lose the money. I guess I need to make a point of checking my bags better before I leave. Overall I would recommend them over most fast food for their food quality and friendliness but wouldn’t give them great ratings on their prices or customer satisfaction.“
