He continually checked on our table to make sure everybody had what they wanted that it was cooked properly and that we were getting the service that he felt we deserved. It’s a far different cry fromgoing to some other restaurants bearing the same name. The staff that Holden has definitely appreciate the customers and it’s clear that they have a good relationship with their manager.”

“Today was a busy day and yet we had our food within a minute of sitting down. I love the food but man today the service out shined the food. Steve was such a delighte to watch! He was making everyone in the restaurant smile a little bigger. He was taking people's trays and picking up spilled food. Then there was Chad who was working his heart out. The was a girl working to clean tables and her joy radiated (I didn't catch her name) Truly the entire staff was wonderful. Don't just go through the drive in. “Honestly I’m disgusted these employees were brutal. As I watched them jam packed the older guy (assuming Manager) sat and talked down on his employees, belittled them, made horrible comments and was down right a jack a$$. He sat an horrible example to the staff and just sat there as other members of the staff did the same. The shortest boy cute kid sat there in tears as he was bullied. I will never support papa murpheys in centerville again. I did tip them 20.00 in hopes that sweet boy recieved something for his troubles. Where is the kindness in this world even… in stressful situations”
