I try to eat low carb and with very little sugar in my diet which makes it so hard to find good options for eating out. My sister took me to Aubergine Kitchen, because she knows how I prefer to eat. I absolutely loved it! It was so delicious, so fresh, and had so many great options that all fit into my diet. Even the desserts (which I get so rarely) were fair game! Pleasantly surprised by the interesting menu and flavor combinations. Large portions helped with the prices being a bit much for lunch. It was enough for a light dinner also. I had the tri tip Madeira and the mushroom sauce was excellent.
