This used to be my favorite place to go and grab a fresh healthy salad. Cafe Rio is NOT better and is way more calories. My problem with this restaurant is that EVERY TIME I ORDER TAKE OUT there is NOT a SALAD DRESSING OPTION AND I NEVER EVER EVER GET THE DRESSING!!!! Do you know how many times I have called and complained, sent emails to corporate, to UBEReats.. that is HOW MUCH I like this food. But i am done, it is ridiculous and they obviously don't care.

Was very disappointed... my beans were not cooked at all. They were super crunchy and still cold. Super disappointed
We put in an on-site line order at the draper location at 8:30 Saturday evening. It was supposed to be ready at 8:50. We got there at 8:45, the doors were locked. Two workers were in the store cleaning but would not answer the phone or come to the door. We had already paid for the food and have the email that my card was charged. After calling the police and banging on the door they finally came to the door and said they had refunded our payment, but had not called to let us know. As of right now I don't have notification of a refund. Horrible place, which is sad as we really like their food.

I ordered from doordash and this place didnt even send the right food. We ordered nachos go rice bowl with no quacomole or queso which is on there site. My food was wrong and cold.

Workers weren't wearing face masks (the county order has been in place for awhile). I used to go regularly but I think I'll hold off returning until after the pandemic, if at all.
