Horrible service. Friday nite and they only had one Cook and one waitress on staff. I was told this is normal. On top of that the food was made badly and wrong food. Waitress didn't know what tartar sauce was. Worst experience anywhere.

As far as International House of Pancakes go, this one is pretty good. I recommend the country fried steak and eggs. But if that's too much food, you can't go wrong with pancakes.Service was good but lax. Just be proactive about asking for refills or what-have-you and you'll be fine.

I came today here to eat dinner and the waitress forgot my husband's meal walk away she came back with mozzarella stick cold hard could not eat them I'm very disappointed the shrimp they gave me cold hard I will never come back here again the cooks don't know how to cook food cold and forgot husbands order

Food was good. But this was bad service, no hey I'm xyz name, no checking in on how things are going. And the food was a bit cold for not being busy, like why is the appetizer showing up after the main course??? Didn't feel like I should come back, if it feels like the staff is hiding and not out with the Customers to make them feel WELCOMED to come back.Edit (7/28/23): "be back in touch within three to five business days" with no call no email SMH take about "I'm just a number" feeling, and to think this was my Birthday treat from my family last weekend....

Ordered online. - classic french toast with eggs hash browns and bacon. (Only got the french toast) On the side I ordered an English muffin and some sausage (got these)Like isn't the hash browns and eggs like the base to all their breakfast plates?? Now I don't need the muffins. Fairly disappointed.

The food is what you’d expect, which is good. My server was amazing. I gave the atmosphere one star because at 7am I can in and there was music playing in the dining area and the kitchen was playing loudly their own music. It was a cacophony of sound that wouldn’t be enjoyable any time of the day let alone the morning. I asked the server to manage that, and the kitchen only barely turned their music down. It did not make for an enjoyable experience while eating and since there are many other options for breakfast in the area, I will not be returning.

Then called manager said the same thing that the people dinning in can control the music . Music was so loud I couldn’t even talk with my family . Also told the cashier and he said that the music playlist was “surreal” bad costumer Service all around . Felt not acknowledging of my concern and complaints . No relaxing time for me today . Took over 45 minutes to get the food, and it was cold unfortunately. Pancakes had been under the lamp for hours and broke apart trying to cut them. The single server tried her best, but the place is completely understaffed. Shame on the GM - staff your restaurant appropriately.
