Food was good. But this was bad service, no hey I'm xyz name, no checking in on how things are going. And the food was a bit cold for not being busy, like why is the appetizer showing up after the main course??? Didn't feel like I should come back, if it feels like the staff is hiding and not out with the Customers to make them feel WELCOMED to come back.Edit (7/28/23): "be back in touch within three to five business days" with no call no email SMH take about "I'm just a number"...read full review
Ordered online. - classic french toast with eggs hash browns and bacon. (Only got the french toast) On the side I ordered an English muffin and some sausage (got these)Like isn't the hash browns and eggs like the base to all their breakfast plates?? Now I don't need the muffins. Fairly disappointed.

As far as International House of Pancakes go, this one is pretty good. I recommend the country fried steak and eggs. But if that's too much food, you can't go wrong with pancakes.Service was good but lax. Just be proactive about asking for refills or what-have-you and you'll be fine.
