The food here is wonderful and you can taste the love that goes into every plate. When they get a rush it can be a bit slow but hey you can either have your food fast or home-cooked, take your pick.
Everything was amazing but you have to save room for lemon bars! And make sure to get the yams as a side.This is REAL southern food and was some of the overall best food I have had in Utah. I ordered the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and collared greens. The fried chicken was crispy, fresh, seasoned really well and not at all greasy. This was phenomenal. Stopped in on a whim and loved everything. I lived in Brooklyn where I got to know my love of southern and soul food. This was definitely up there with the best I had out there. Will 100% be coming back for those awesome collard greens and corn bread. Thank you!!
