I had high hopes for this place, but we were seated at a table that was still wet with what smelled to me like pine sol. The food came quickly and the wait staff was attentive, but our waitress kept grabbing my water by the rim to refill, which should have been my first indication of what was to come. The food tasted delicious however after spending the night violently ill with food poisoning, I would highly recommend avoiding this place, unless you enjoy spending your wee hours begging god for sweet release.

Really disappointed, this place used to be so delicious! What happened? The chicken was smashed thin, chewy and dry as if suffered mad freezer burn. There was no flavor in the chicken or batter yet slathered with hot sauce to hide the lack of flavor? The chips and dip served as a side were inedible, stale chips and the green dip was the worst thing there. The sandwich I ordered, normally served on a biscuit, the very thing they are known for, was served on a hamburger bun instead. I also ordered the lime beer cocktail that I couldn't stomach more than 3 sips. It was so sour that I doubt there was any beer in it, just sour limeade.Sad to see such a staple restaurant cut corners on literally everything that was served to me.

I’ve had sweet lake biscuits and lime made for a while and that being said I was a fan from the very start.I used to live right by their first location in the people’s freeway area.The hash to to go I think it’s called is my favorite. I love the mint lime made.They’ve usually got some good buy one get one free coupons circulating you might be able to find.
Happened to be driving by and stopped here for lunch. So glad we did. I ordered a salad and wasn’t expecting much from a biscuit place, but it was one of the best salads I’ve had. We had to try the biscuits and limeade. Those will change your life.

This place was a major letdown for me. The front of the restaurant and the kitchen looked disorganized and had lots of clutter around.I got the biscuits and gravy, which was just dry. Along with the hashbrowns, just unseasoned, overly complex and mushy. Probably never going here again. Service was at par.

I am surprised the reviews are not at least a 4.3-4.6. Sweet Lakes Biscuits & Limeade is really delicious. Their Florentine eggs Benedict is really good, along with their melon limeade. My fiancés and brother’s dishes were also really good. The only negative thing I can say is the wait time is long, but I take that as they are making fresh food. Usually it’s a bad sign when food is out quickly.
