“Surprisingly good! Fish n chips were done well with a classic yet original flair! kudos for having malt vinegar! Cole slaw was homemade & original yet classic & not too sweet! The upsell for an additional piece of fish was way over priced! The "tip at the time of sale" was distasteful as it focuses on the sale rather than the focus on the customer experience! That model says: if you tip us now, we will provide good service. Tipping after service gives the restaurant incentive to do all they can to make a customer for life! Not much restaurant competition in this area so they have little incentive to be fully customer-centric. However overall, good job!“
