Order incorrect twice d/t non english speaking staff. Hamburger meat was cold. Every time I go there the hamburger is cold. Won't go back bc of that. Manager was friendly though. Place was very clean.
Man I love Carls, but I’ll probably be avoiding this one from now on. I was the second car in line and it was a twenty minute wait which isn’t the first time this has happened here. They gave me the wrong order at first, and had to refund my card. After all that they still managed to screw up my order, by the time I realized the mistake I wasn’t about to hop back in the 8 car line.
