“Mawhinnys have done a nice job maintaining that small town feel while expanding. Still good food after all these years. They added a Coke machine that had all the different flavors and mix-ins which is nice. Burgers and tots are my typical order. But they are still making the chicken Malibu which is quite delicious.“
“Was looking for a cafe to come and eat lunch and found this place. I will say the food and service was top notch!It is a take out style place with outdoor patio seating, and indoor seating for just 6 people. We came here hoping for a relaxing calming vibe but it was a little restaurant inside a store.We ordered the vegan burger and a panini and the food was top notch! Full of flavor, fresh nice and hot the spot.If looking for a place with ambience this isn’t it. If looking for a place with great service and amazing food come here!“
“OG posts their amazing creations on Facebook, which is a bummer for me because I always see them after mealtime. Yesterday I saw the most amazing looking hand-breaded chicken sandwich and dropped a comment about being bummed to have missed it. Fast forward to lunch-time today and the owner sends me a text telling me they're doing it again today, she'd seen my comment and she'd love to see me. I had already ordered lunch, but decided to put it in the fridge and head over. I texted her back and let her know. While there I was greeted by name, told that they had already started on the sandwich since they know my time to be limited and then checked on (by owner) 3x during meal. As a small business owner myself, this is the sort of amazing attention to detail that keeps me coming back and makes it so easy to recommend OG Cafe. “I tried the steak salad here today, and let's just say, I needed a magnifying glass to find the steak! Seriously though, the salad was tasty, but it was like playing "Where's Waldo?" with the meat. While the pictures on Yelp showcased hefty, meaty chunks, mine looked like it had been diced by a particularly stingy chef. On the bright side, the assortment of dressings was like a salad lover's dream buffet - I had a harder time picking a dressing than finding the steak! But fear not, fellow yelp food tasters because this place isn't just about elusive steak salads, they've got this cowboy burger that's like a wild-west rodeo in your mouth! It's the kind of burger that makes you want to grab a ten-gallon hat and do a little line dance of joy. Seriously, it's one of the best burgers I've ever chowed down on. So, while my salad left me feeling a bit like a cowboy without a horse, that burger was a stampede of flavor I won't soon forget. So so darn good!“
“I cannot even explain how good this place is. Like wowza. My hash browns were perfect. My omelet was amazing. I had a biscuit with homemade jam that was so so good. And the coffee was also bomb. “Cute, small diner love the environment and the way the place is set up! Burgers and fries were delicious, they have shakes but didn't get a chance to try one they looked yummy though, everyone was friendly, service was great! Parking is limited but it is worth the stop in. Highly recommend!“
