My husband and I love this place. Their tea is delicious and fresh. We have enjoyed all the food I’ve tried as well! Perfect little lunch spot with reasonable pricing. I particularly enjoyed the pork vermicelli I ordered and the brown sugar milk tea.

This place makes great food, especially their Pho. The appetizers are always so yummy. They are consistently on time when picking up and very pleasant. Hi-Tea is a staple at our house for their food. Have not tried the teas and other drinks.Parking: small lot. when tanning salon and subway is busy, it can be dicey.
Great pho! We always get it to go so I can't comment much on anything in the restaurant. But the pho is delicious, and I love the spring rolls too. This is our go-to in the area when in the mood for pho.

I got a large winter melon milk tea with black boba and cheese cream! So freaking good!!!! They don’t skimp on the boba! ?? this drink tastes like butter beer with extra brown sugar 10/10
Really good food but horrible customer service. First gave us the wrong food. Then required us to bring the food back since they did not believe that there was a mistake. And then didn't even bother making our original order until we showed up with the old food.

We took my daughter there to celebrate her. What an exceptional place! The food! The service! AMAZINGLY delicious. The cashier gave me great recommendations. I had birds nest. Fabulous! All our food was great! They were so kind too! My son and husband even played chess while we waited for our food which didn’t take long. Highly recommend.
