Placed an order at this herriman/riverton location and received a notification that the food was picked up and on its way! An hour later, food still hasn't arrived, so I called Pizza Hut to see if they knew where my pizza was, and the manager Stephanie started giving me attitude for no reason. She was very rude and disrespectful and just didn't care to help me out and so I told her, "Let me speak your boss," and she hung up on me. Called again and she said I know it's you, stop calling I'm busy! No customer care nor courtesy for a customer!

The manager Stephanie was very rude, I placed an order for delivery and simply asked for my reimbursement since she gave my food to somebody that never made the delivery and she was complaining about how she had to remake the whole thing so the reimbursement were to be 2$ instead of 4$. It shouldn’t have had to become a big issue but sadly it was due to the customer service that I received throughout my whole process of trying to simply get my reimbursement for a fee I was charged for no reason.

Terrible experience. Sent wrong order to my home. When trying to call the store to get it fixed the phone number listed would not work. Then I tried the customer service hotline and nobody was able to help as the store is only allowed to issue refunds or correct orders! Overall worst experience

We have gone to this location I'm the past and it's been okay. However today Dec. 27,23 it was Horrible!! Ordered pizza at 7pm Mst and the order was 110.00, but never delivered the order. Called the customer service line and they said they would transfer to the local Herriman store for assistance because a call center takes the orders. I got transferred to the local Herriman location and they said THIS IS NOT PIZZA HUT and hung up. Called service line again and explained we need a refund and there must be a routing issue and they said they can't refund and transferred and again someone said THIS IS NOT PIZZA HUT STOP CALLING.This continues over and over.Called again and wouldn't get a supervisor and they said nobody could refund the money stayed on for106 mins. Frustrating to have hungry people, missing money, and no food no help.*edit-we did eventually get refunded, but no call back from customer service.

I ordered pizza on Sunday night. I received a text that it should be delivered by 7:57 PM. At 830 I had still not received my order and tried to call the store. no answer so i tried to call the number on the text that said it was to the driver. still no answer. i have tried to call the store for 2 days now and can't get any answers or are refund for my order. I did not receive.
Service is good, manager is a good guy. He needs a raise along with his crew.

Ordered pizza today. It was 40 mins late, cold, and didn’t have what I asked on it. Manager was going to send a free two liter, but didn’t.. these guys are a joke. DoorDash dude ended up bringing the cold food. Will never order from there again.
