The service was really patient and kind when we where ordering. The ice cream is delicious and the texture is nice and soft and it kinda feels like a smooth soft dough.“

“Didn’t think they’d have many Vegan options at Lagoon, but this one is! Amazing Italian Ice, especially on hot days! Flavors are incredible. As a forewarning, they run out of many of their flavors by the end of the day, so don’t wait till evening or too late in the day like we did! Talked with the staff and they confirmed it’s normal. Still, the end of the day pickings we had were awesome !“
“The workers here are usually very young and every time i’ve ordered online for in store pickup i walk inside and still have to wait for them to put my order together which is fine, i don’t mind waiting but i would prefer my order to be ready when i get there. Also i’ve seen a lot of people getting bad stuff inside their cookies but i love crumbl cookies“
“Lots of helpful staff who were friendly and efficient. For what appeared to be a bunch of teenagers, it was clean and orderly. I missed the big rush but was impressed with the time it took to get my food dropped off at my table. It was a hot and juicy chicken sandwich with cheese curds for dinner and a real good fresh tasting strawberry banana shake to round out the night. I'd go here again if in the area.“
“We were there buying sugar free chocolates for me for Easter. The store associate was friendly, professional, and helpful. She allowed me to sample a flavor I wasn't sure about. “Discovered this place a few weeks ago and we’ve been back several times ever since.Today, hubby surprised me with a drink and sent over my daughter to get them. But one of the drink order was wrong and daughter never bothered double checking it. We called the place back and see if we can rectify the situation and the young lady happily helped me over the phone and offer a couple of options for me to do. I love that they are willing to take care of their customers.It’s a great place for boba drinks and sweet treats.“

“Wow talk about large portions! Went here on a date with my wife to check it out and we were blown away by the portion size. We thought two flavors meant two scoops. Double that and that’s what you get. Large menu with traditional and non traditional flavors. This is a great spot for family, teens to hang out, or date night. They mainly sell hard ice cream but I guess they do offer soft serve.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this ice cream.“
“I thought Menchie’s was great their product tasted great, but it was kind of crazy walking into everyone was herding around the yogurt stations and in the way of anybody getting their cup filled. I also feel like it can be pretty pricy for not as much as you’d think you’d get for that price. I got a good deal, but overall just wish it was a bit more organized.“

“My dad and I drove past this place and immediately flipped around to try it out because he’s a die-hard ice cream fanatic. Suffice it to say, he was not disappointed! They’ve got selections from BYU creamery and Aggie ice cream (gwaggies) so we were thrilled. The huckleberry is some of the best I’ve had, and the smores was great as well. The staff were kind and helpful! Great pricing for the quality of ice cream! We’ll definitely be coming back.“
