My daughter had a Pizza Hut BOOK IT reward, so we placed an online order for a personal pan pizza. It said it would be ready in about 10 minutes, so we planned accordingly.When we got there, we went up to the first window. It doesn't look like it's in use, but they do actually use it. I got two personal cheese pizzas to share between myself and my two younger kids. I was told there was one still cooking but it would be done soon. I payed for both pizzas and then a man ordered a pizza and was given the one I was told was almost ready. Customer service is rather careless. When the teen behind the counter saw that he had forgotten about us he grabbed his phone and split for a break. Not really thinking of getting anymore food in the corner of target anymore.
