Manager hung up on us multiple times, said she cancelled the order but order is still showing active and charge is still reflecting, she refused to even state her first name for me to know who to reference about my experience, refused to provide district managers name. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Found multiple hairs in my pizza. I'm in sure how it's possible to get multiple hairs in one pizza maybe that's my fault for ordering later at night

As of today the manager who is working the female is so disrespectful and rude that I ordered a box to worth $40 worth of food and she argued with me over the phone. Tell me there’s a supreme pizza and then when there is not and when I went in to asked to have it made she had guts to clearly looked at me and my wife and says wow and got up and walked off. What kind of manager is she .

My daughter had a Pizza Hut BOOK IT reward, so we placed an online order for a personal pan pizza. It said it would be ready in about 10 minutes, so we planned accordingly.When we got there, we went up to the first window. It doesn't look like it's in use, but they do actually use it. Within a minute there was as employee there asking how they could help us. We told her we had an online order for Jessica, she handed us our pizza, and we went in our merry way. It was quick and we didn't have any issues.My daughter was super excited to get her pizza :)

I got two personal cheese pizzas to share between myself and my two younger kids. I was told there was one still cooking but it would be done soon. I payed for both pizzas and then a man ordered a pizza and was given the one I was told was almost ready. Customer service is rather careless. When the teen behind the counter saw that he had forgotten about us he grabbed his phone and split for a break. Not really thinking of getting anymore food in the corner of target anymore.

If I could do a 0 star I would. I ordered pizza online and after over an hour never received my pizza, but when I called the manager promised to make my order and send it out immediately and apologized for the inconvenience so I though everything was going to be taken care of. Come to my knowledge another hour had passed and yet no pizza anywhere nor a phone call from her (cat) so when I call to know the status I waa told by the manager cat that she has been running orders all day and is on order 42 ( whatever that means to customers) by then telling me my account is locked and she can not do anything to replace my order. Hint she has my number and doesn't think to have someone call me to notify me of the situation. Horrible service I do not recommend this location whatsoever but if you like Pizza Huts pizza go to the clearfield location they will take care of you.

Order Pizza Hut today. Took an hour and a half for delivery, and it was cold!! I know for a fact my pizza was sitting done at the store for over 40 min, do to me calling and asking about my delivery... Pizza Hut need to do better!!!

Placed order on line. Left instructions text, not to call or ring the door bell. Though seems they don't read or follow either. Woke up half the house to let me know they left it on the steps like I left in the directions. Only got a two thirds the order right. I'll go local next time, since neither Pizza Hut or Domino can get orders or delivery right.
