“An excellent sandwich shop with even better cookies. I was here last week with my son and we both tried a soup bowl, we were soy with our choice and got a cookie to share. We absolutely love the big frosted sugar cookies and the double peanut butter chocolate cookie. So so good!“
“I wish I would have caught our servers name because I can truly say she was the best server we have ever had!!! She was kind and so so helpful and attentive. She anticipated everything. She was sweet with kids and made special drinks (Dr Pepper with cream) and made sure we liked the taste before leaving. She kept the bread sticks coming. She always had a smile and although busy she 100% gave us her full attention.“
“Food at Cafe Zupas is always pretty good. I was unimpressed with the service, as they were slow, could not keep my order straight (I had to repeat it several times), and generally not that friendly. Overall, I will come back to this location eventually, but probably not soon.“
“Wife and I went here to grab some of their delicious soup and all you can eat salad. The food was delicious and we had an incredible waitress. I can't remember her name but she was very accommodating and we never had to ask for anything. Drink refills, more salad, more soup, more breadsticks, to go box, etc. Wonderful experience.“

“This Pho is delicious every time. Fresh Cilantro, fresh basil, fresh lime, and fresh jalapeños all 5 times I've been here. Very friendly staff every time with all 4 people I've been served by at the counter and to my table. I came in sick and this Pho hits so hard and warms my soul. “I went here with my family for lunch today. It was probably the 5th-6th time we’ve been there. It was 12:30, so it should’ve been busy, but it wasn’t. We have 3 kids, including a 10 month old, and the lady who was cleaning up in the lobby stopped what she was doing to help get our kids (especially the baby) set up at a table before we went up to the front to order. She didn’t even need to be cleaning up, because it’s always pretty clean. While we ordered, we always had a clear line-of-sight to the table to make sure the kids were ok and the workers seamlessly transitioned us to the end of the line, let us sample some new food items and made sure we had everything we wanted. The cashier even made sure to have me scan my rewards points for my app before I paid. Furthermore, when we finished eating, there was a new person cleaning up the lobby (I think it was a shift change) and she was just as helpful as the lady who helped us get our kids settled in. We forgot a few things and as we were getting in our car, she ran out a bib & bottle for my baby. The service was outstanding and it always is at this location. We travel further to specifically go to THIS Zupa’s because it’s always like this. We will definitely be back and you won’t regret it if you go!“
“I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and cheesy potato soup. The chicken salad was bland so I had to add extra salt and pepper on my own. I wish the chicken salad was spread out across my sandwich and not a large lump in the middle of it. They didn't have chicken noodle soup available and so I settled for the cheesy potato soup. Cheesy potato soup was actually pretty darn good. I'm not a fan of cheesy soup, but I really enjoyed it here.They also have cookies in their display case but I didn't have a sweet tooth at the time. Maybe I'll try it next time!“
