I knew the weather would be hot as the day progressed so I booked the outdoor reservation for 11:30...our table was located perfectly for a view of the garden landscape...Jen is a hostess skilled in the art of customer service...tables are beautifully set and the patio furniture is high end quality...(indoor dining is also nicely appointed)...the menu has a variety of options including vegetarian choices...salads, sandwiches, and one soup option...beverages include soft drinks and flavored lemonades...and dessert are delicious!...we lingered and enjoyed this beautiful setting without being rushed away...we shall return!...“

We also like Zupas as a quick and light meal during dates, as we can both try something new for around $12 total, though the full meals are more average price.“

“I don't usually leave reviews but I had such a horrible experience I couldn't resist. When I ordered they gave me a sample of the wrong soup (I asked for the southwest potato & green chili and she gave me the mushroom basil) which was fine because I actually liked it! I just felt concerned they didn't know the difference between the two. That's not why I was unhappy, although I felt it deserved a mention. The food was disgusting. I am usually happy with whatever, and I'm not the type to complain, but it was unacceptable. The salad I ordered was brown and the avacodo in it was bitter. I got two bites in before I couldn't finish it. My $11 salad was unfinishable because of the garbage quality ingredients they used. My last straw was the chocolate strawberry, which was also gross. It was mushy and not fresh in the slightest. I was pissed. Why am I spending so much on a salad and soup for only one of them to be edible? I just want them to do better and use fresher, more quality ingredients. I've been going to Zupas for years and never had an experience like this, so I'm truly confused why the food was so gross.UPDATE: I called the store and the manager, Elijah, was so helpful and comped our meal! He gets a 10/10 :)“
“Never thought I would be rating any Olive Garden 5 stars but here we are! Our service was amazing, best I have ever had. Our server Lydia was so kind and went over and beyond serving us and our kids. The manager and one other person checked on us a couple times as well! They had someone opening all the doors for us, there was no wait to sit. The food was amazing, best bread sticks I've ever had at an Olive Garden, everything came out fast and fresh! Would totally recommend and we are coming back for sure!“
