The service here is hit and miss with very little attention to counter customers. It's all about the drive thru. The food is usually great so I guess I should use the drive thru like everybody else.
This location is frustrating to order from due to them never putting the amount of sauce packets you order in the bag, frequently provide old, disgusting, hard potatoes for any potato soft taco/Fiesta bowl, and often just provide wrong items all together. I despise food that is spicy. They need to offer food that neutral. I looked it up and the cheese sauce they order has jalapeno juice in it. Leave it up to the customer whether or not they want food that is spicy!!!!
