Smelt horrible, water tasted like dirt, took them over 10 minutes for just 3 soft tacos, there was a homeless guy changing in the dining area. Stay west

Literally you guys suck. I’ve ordered from this location ~5 times and they have forgotten my sauces EVERY single time without fail.

The merchants know that there are more diners from Latin America. The lady at the window didn't want to speak to me in Spanish.

I despise food that is spicy. They need to offer food that neutral. I looked it up and the cheese sauce they order has jalapeno juice in it. Leave it up to the customer whether or not they want food that is spicy!!!!

Had an issue with my order being incorrect, so I went back to have them fix it. They proceeded to laugh and then give me the exact same incorrect order a second time.

The service here is hit and miss with very little attention to counter customers. It's all about the drive thru. The food is usually great so I guess I should use the drive thru like everybody else.

This location is frustrating to order from due to them never putting the amount of sauce packets you order in the bag, frequently provide old, disgusting, hard potatoes for any potato soft taco/Fiesta bowl, and often just provide wrong items all together. Never, ever order/pickup through the drive-thru and make sure to always check your items/requested sauces if you do.It's a shame that after years and years of this location being here, it never gets any better and arguably just gets worse. I'm considering driving to the next location on the border of Sunset if it means I'll finally get what I order and in the quality I expect.

When we first moved to Layton over a year ago the experience was easily one of the best. It's dropped a bit since then though... Always friendly but exceptionally slow to get through the drive through.

I would give this location negative stars if possible. After watching a Taco Bell commercial where they advertise the cravings box for 5$, guess what these guys don't carry it. A Taco Bell imposter. This location never has the menu items you want and expect from Taco Bell. I don't know what this location should be named but it shouldn't be Taco Bell.

Been coming to the store for 10 years and I love the food and I love the atmosphere and I love the location. But the food quality has gone downhill. Half the time I don’t get what I want in the drive-through and it’s one of the few fast food restaurants, you have to double check your order before you leave the property. My last order was a supreme, and all I got was sour cream, and they thought that was good enough when I questioned the absence of the other ingredients. But they were nice enough to remake it, and give it to me an apologize which more than makes up for other restaurants who makes similar mistakes. The guy before me was missing stuff and the guy before him was missing stuff and the person after me was missing items. It’s not a glamorous job and it doesn’t pay well but it’s a job and the worker should take pride, regardless of what they get paid or what they think of it.Parking: Great location some cross traffic from neighboring businesses but nothing too complicatedWheelchair accessibility: Door seem wide enough for a wheelchair, and there are no step
