I’ve been to another of these Melty joints before and, like I suspect will happen here, it went out of business.My pot roast melt was just okay. It didn’t have a lot of flavor. But my partner’s Marinera-based melt was soggy and inedible and our tater tots were way over cooked.To add insult to injury and set the tone for our experience, the overall housekeeping was really poor (dirty tables and food and trash on the floor). I’m particularly critical of this when there are 3 employees working and only 2 customers (my partner and I) in the restaurant.It was a one-and-done visit for us.

We tried melted for the first time and it was amazing ! The food had great flavor and they have a variety of food and sandwiches tochoose from! My husband got the French dip and loved it , I got the jalapeño cheese burger and it was amazing ! It has such great flavor! Our son got the chicken strips and they are thick and full of meat! We will definitely be back! So excited they are open and close to us !! It’s about time we have some good new food in this area! 5 stars all the way around !

We decided to try this place last minute and I wish we would've just gone home and made our own grilled cheese. The girl that helped us was really nice but it was all downhill from there. We waited a really long time for our food which is fine but when our food came out our order was wrong and the cheese on the sandwich wasn't even melted. We asked for it to be fixed and it came back looking the same. The cheese was still not even melted. The meat itself looks like fake meat you microwave and tasted like old beef. Our fries were really gross. Tasted like they had been sitting out all day and almost had a dirty potato flavor. We didn't even end up eating that meal. We got the four cheese grilled cheese as well and it was good but nothing special. Just tasted like a homemade grilled cheese.

what in the world is this place. If you want a regular grilled cheese with nothing else, it’s fine at best. But if you dare try the patty melt, expect to eat a previously frozen patty with unmelted cheese. Also I asked for no onions and they didn’t get that right. Also I asked them to melt the cheese on my sandwich and they didn’t. Also the fries tasted like they were sitting out all day and reheated by a microwave before they served it to us. Soggy and not salty, luke warm and tasted like dog
Wish I could give 3.5 stars..the food was tasty but if you're a grilled cheese establishment then I think the sandwich should be overflowing with cheese. I got the jalapeño grilled cheese and it was good just very underwhelming due to the lack of cheese. The chipotle mayo was super good to dip the onion rings in. I'd give it a try again but maybe try something like the spicy chicken sandwich or a burger. Service: there were multiple people standing around the front not doing anything yet they had to go to the back to get someone to help me.

The food was so good, they have quick and attentive service with a great environment! Indoor and outdoor seating and a convenient location near the outlets. I’d recommend this to anyone!:) The Carpiese was very good!
