Ramen is perfectly cooked with very rich broth. Everyone in our group is satisfied with their order. The environment is stylish and nicely kept, very clean. All the service ladies are friendly and super helpful.Highly recommended!

Maybe an off day, but did not satisfy. Ordered Shoyu Ramen, Chashu Don and Curry Croquette and they were okay, but overall lacking.I'll start with the ramen. The broth was lacking in flavor and tasted predominantly of ginger and green onion to me. As a shoyu ramen, it did not have the identifiable soy sauce flavor that I expect underlying the broth, almost like we received the pork broth base without the adjustments that make each ramen unique. The slices of roasted pork on top were heavily overcooked. Tough, dry and not particularly flavorful. Take a look at my attached picture, you can visually identify the texture of the pork. The Chashu Don was decent. It is on the menu as a "mini donburi" and I think that's a creative way to say that it's like a nice snack. Just some pork on white rice and a drizzle of sauce. The kind of thing you would slap together at home with leftovers. Nothing really wrong with that concept at the reduced price, but it was surprisingly... snacky. The problem with it was that it was also heavily overcooked pork, and the sauce had a kick to it that I didn't expect, and my son was not pleased with. It would be nice to know that there was some heat in the menu listing. Finally the Curry Croquette. This one was pretty good. It's a nice appetizer with mild curry flavors in a fried patty of mashed potatoes. I would absolutely order it again, but as a side dish it isn't enough to save the experience, and since the focus of a ramen order is the ramen, I don't think the sub $10 price for the shoyu ramen is enough to balance the lack of flavor.

All the food I've tried has been fantastic (tonkotsu ramen, chicken karrage, and Japanese style fries). The staff have been friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is fun, clean, and modern. There's nothing out of this world about it (the reason for four stars), but I'd recommend it if you're looking for some great ramen.

This is one of our family favorites! We’ve tried several highly reviewed Ramen joints in Northern Utah and Ramen Yama wins hands down. I love to get the Black Garlic Pork and my wife gets the Tonkotsu. We come monthly and can’t say enough about it. The broth is to die for. I could order just broth ?

So delicious! My husband and I came here on an impromptu date while heading to an appointment. We were doth so pleasantly surprised with the food.

Okay the ramen was good, like nothing crazy special but I liked it, but I had to leave a 1 star because the employees! The lady who rung me and my husband up tonight looked and acted like she hated being there. I saw her physically fake gagging at something she found disgusting which made me feel uneasy about what I was going to eat. I wasn't thinking too much of it until I was about to leave and we weren't sure if they cleaned up our place or not, but we leaned towards they do clean it because it prompted us to tip and was a nicer looking place. When I turned and smiled at her to say thank you she just rolled her eyes and had a huge sigh. Made me super uncomfortable she was like a high school bully or something. Going here put a damper on my night.

Ramen was decent, service was less than stellar. Noodles were a bit thick for my liking, and there is pretty limited choices for drinks. I would give them two and a half stars but doesn't look like I can give a half star. I'll drop it down to 2 to even out it's higher rating that I don't think it deserves.

This is our first time trying ramen so i have nothing to compare it to haha but the flavors are so good and very flavorful. It was very fast. The noodles are cooked perfectly. We ordered the black garlic and the tonkotsu as well as the Japanese fries for an app. Everything was great. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking at reviews you are doing the same thing I did when I was in UT. I put off going there for a few days just because I wasn't sure. I bit the bullet and got the black garlic ramen and chicken karrage. This happened two days in a row. I absolutely loved it all! Must go if you are in the area.

Hey so I’m Japanese and my wife is from the homeland so my review means more. The place was pretty clean and played great k-pop music as is normal in a Japanese ramen shop. The service was good and the place was clean. The food didn’t come out that fast but I don’t mind that. I assume they made it on the spot. The place looks super hip so it’d be good for a date too.

The taste was good, but not great. Overpriced for what you get. Only two very thin sliced pieces of Pork on the Ramen. Ramen dishes are roughly $11 for mostly noodles and broth.

I've eaten here twice, and have had the spicy miso and tonkatsu ramen and the chicken karaage. The broth is semi-complex and pretty tasty. The chicken was really good. The service was very fast and friendly as well. Recommended over SOBO's ramen, which is in the same area.

Good selection of ramens at a decent price. I had a black garlic pork bowl that tasted decent considering the cost and the fact that this is a ramen shop in Utah. The broth and ratio of noodles to everything else was a bit disappointing, but for $10 it's perfectly fine.I would've given 4 stars if I didn't have abrupt diarrhea force me to take an exit down the road. It was about 25 minutes after I ate the ramen bowl here so I'm fairly sure that is what caused it. Maybe my stomach was weak that day, maybe it was a random bad bowl, who knows. Pity the 7-11 gas station bathroom that had to accommodate the second part of my meal.

We love going here for the Muso Ramen. The appetizers like the chicken karaage and the tofu is perfect! The menu is simple and the food tastes amazing. Each bowl of Ramen is perfectly portioned and fills you up quickly. Their noodles are amazing, the broth is also amazing. Totally recommend this place for some warm, yummy ramen!
