“We love eating here. The sushi is fantastic, and they do a great job keeping us safe as celiacs who eat gluten free. Everything here is so good. My kids love the tuna sashimi, it has a texture like butter. My husband loves the steak and noodles (not gluten free) and I can't get enough of their sushi rolls. We've never gotten sick here even once, which is a huge win as people with celiac.

Waitress overheard we were celebrating a birthday and she brought out a ridiculously good "Sushi Cake" surprise at the end of our meal. “Over-all, I'd say 9 out of 10, maybe 9.5.The service is very fast and open to specific modifications/questions, which is refreshing to see.The quality of the sushi is also pretty good, especially considering the affordable pricing.From my experience, it seems that the people there are always genuine and nice to any and all customers, really nice environment.My only suggestion would be to either have more area for customers around grab and go section, since sometimes someone in front of me will take their time, and I can't see the available options until their done. The food was excellent - we liked everything we tried, including ginger stir fry and several sushis. But they were understaffed on the night we were there, and service was slow. “This place is fantastic! It’s a new joint and with lots of social media exposure, it was very busy. But that wait was offset with just being able to get the sushi as soon as you sat down! The ability to call the wait staff with a push of a button was quick, efficient, and something I wish other restaurants would do. The price was higher than expected, but that’s largely because there’s so many good rolls there! I highly recommend this place!“
