Tried to go through the drive through 2.5 hours before closing at the Brigham location. After waiting and trying to talk through the speaker we pulled around and saw the drive through employee crouching down to hide where we couldn’t order at the window either.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Waited over 35 minutes for a small order. People who arrived after me got their food first even though mine was ordered about 20 minutes in advance. Asked for an update to let the customer know, and the staff member (short, heavyset, ginger hair, white) said “don’t come here again if you don’t want to wait!” Essentially shoving the food in my hands. She immediately walked away. Definitely never accepting an order from this location. Why work serving people if you have a bad attitude? Phone was disconnected, doors were locked. No wonder this location has multiple negative reviews.

They charged me for my drink, didn't bring it out ( I know, I should have noticed, even though she begrudgingly made an extra trip out for the forgotten condiments and still not the drink) and then their phone number is disconnected and I have no way of getting hold of them to let them know. I live 15 miles away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went through the drive through at 9:50 pm to get a drink and the lady just stared at me through the window. What is the point of closing at 10:00 if you aren’t going to help customers after a certain time? This happened on 12/12/2023 at 9:50pm

Every time I go way before closing time an hour and a half or before they say they are cleaning the ice cream machine does it seriously take that much time you have to constantly do it an hour plus before closing?

I used to love Sonic, but not anymore. Beware of their employees’ lack of interest.I got my order wrong, so I asked if it could be replaced. The employee that was there didn’t like my request at all, and of course they denied it. The most annoying thing was their attitude. Do not recommend.

Missing the main item in my order and the phone number listed on their website does not actually work so no way to rectify this with the store. I'm not wasting more gas.

I have gone to this sonic on 6 random occasions (week nights) within the last 3 months, and every single one of the six visits they were out of ice cream. What kind of sonic is out of ice cream on a Tuesday night, weeks in a row?Full of chaotic teenagers working, hanging out more than working.Sonic seriously needs to consider new management.

The food is alright, but the slushes and ice creams are AMAZING!!! be prepared for the most intense brain freeze of your life. We LOVE the happy hour with half price drinks. Service can be a little slow at times, but the staff is always happy and you will leave with a smile. For some reason my card never works at the stalls, but never a problem at the drive thru ?

Love the pricing on drinks. My favorite food there was the Chicago dog but they discontinued it. Chili dog is good also. Only complaint we had was with ordering online and getting refunded from some cancelled orders. We never got our money back. This happened twice. Be sure to check your bank statement if you run into this issue and get your refund receipt.

Red button never acknowledged. Just wanted a chili cheese cony. Finally went to drive thru. They brought my hot dog out in the wrapper, no bag, no napkins. I doubt I'll stop at the Logan Sonic again.
