Every time I have come to this location I get more and more disappointed about 2 months ago they told us to pull into the stall and wait after waiting 15 minutes in the drive through only to give our order to someone else and having to remake the whole thing which took another 20 mins and now just tonight my wife and I ordered 2 Big Mac meals when we get home we find that there are 2 drinks 2 large fries but only one Big Mac how the hell do you mess that up?!

Funny to say, but u get two tones when ordering from the drive through. First u hear a perking young women who loves her job welcoming u, then a Scrooge come on interrupting her asking what u want. Funny but this older women who looks to be in management isn’t welcoming at all. And seems like she is upset or stressed. I’d keep the younger crew in the first window.

Made the mistake to order food here. Got the new chicken sandwich in the drive thru came home to find out the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way. Disgusting. They had the audacity to charge over $12 that’s robbery stay away from McDonald’s.

I frequent this location often and I am awake at odd hours of the night, due to me working night shift. This location USED to be open 24/7, but for weeks now almost every single time I visit from 3-4 all of the employees are sitting in their cars. Sometimes they turn the menu off, sometimes they don't. They even tried the "our systems are down" excuse on me, which I used to manage a fast food place, that is a lie. When I drove past they were on their phones. If this wasn't a 24 hour location I wouldn't care as much, but they should change their hours then if they shut down their store. I've even come here at 2am sometimes and they claim they're closed or that the "system is down" which they use often. I've wasted a lot of time trying to get food when I'm off work/going to work trying to go to this location.
For a location that forgets the food 90% of the time, they sure are rude 100% of the time. There are so many other options for McDonald’s very close to this one that I would definitely go to the one in Cottonwood Heights or the one over by the highway down 7200 south. The other locations aren’t that much further, and they will get your order right and staff are more friendly and treat you much better at the other locations. The women here are very rude, and they’re extremely catty .. And as a customer, I should not know that. Particularly when they get our order wrong so much. You would think that they would focus on customer service first then relax.

I feel the service and food are coexistent.They are the best McDonalds in the valley.Breakfast burritos are hit and miss.The tortillas were hard this morning. It sucks when you’ve ordered and already driven away and you can’t even get in touch with the manager to get it fixed.

Service was very fast and the food was great. My kids loved the play place which was the main reason we tried out this location. We loved that they had an enclosed mini basketball court with rubber balls - so much fun! Very clean and well-maintained which is highly appreciated!
