“I love going to Tres Gatos! They have so many yummy unique flavor options for their drinks plus their staff is so friendly and amazing at what they do! Also their social media is fire! I absolutely love following their page on Instagram. :)“
“First visit to this location. The girl that was working the early morning was extremely nice, informative, and my dog loved the pup cup! So on the service side of things it was great!I ordered a Dirty Chai (my favorite drink), but the drink was not very good. I think it may be related to the type of chai used there ?. My experience with finding great dirty chai lattes is difficult. I would recommend changing up the chai brand, and go with a more spiced chai.“
“This is the first time I came to Utah for traveling and the food is phenomenal. Service was nice since I came in the rush hour but the food came out fast and fresh. I ordered the Pho and the broth blew me away with its flavor. Highly recommended. Sorry I could not wait to enjoy my food so I can not post a picture here.“
“Pro tip save 10% on online orders.Come and order in person you pay a 10-15% markup from the online ordering from their website and fun fact Grubhub has less fees extra than their take out service.Very open dining space plenty of parking though it’s kind of annoying one way in and out. They cook the food and the service is pleasant and quick. The dishes are very good the chicken is marinated perfectly and the taziki sauce is on point. Can’t go wrong.Lgbtq flags out front as well.Parking: One way traffic flow don’t hit the curbWheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible“
“I have followed this place from Denver (my daughter lives in Salt Lake). Finally got to go today. They have samples!!! I was so impressed how friendly and knowledgeable the employee was. She described tastes and made suggestions. It was so much fun trying and bringing home 6 cookies. The oatmeal with cherries and apricots was like an amazing breakfast bar. They were all delicious. The best cookies I've ever had!“
“The staff here is so sweet, the vibe is amazing, and the drinks are treats are so delicious! On my most recent visit I dropped my whole coffee on myself as soon as the barista put it on the counter. The owner or manager (I’m not sure, I just see her training new employees so I’m assuming she’s the boss lady ?) immediately remade my drink and gave me a treat to make sure my day wasn’t ruined. She was so unbelievably kind and helpful!!! This place rocks.“
“When I visited SLC 1st time,it was my 1st sandwich place ever as good or even better away from the East or West coast’s were I have leaved at the time or visited... Simply THE MOST AWESOME SANDWICHES IN SALT LAKE CITY!I’m pretty lucky to be leaving in SLC now!!Parking: It’s in the middle of a neighborhood you won’t be disappointed even if you have to walk a few blocks!!“
“I'm in town visiting with my mom and we brought our dogs. From the moment we walked up we were greeted with so much enthusiasm for our pups! The service was excellent from every staff member we interacted with, the patio seating with the fire going was perfect, and the food was delicious! The biscuits and gravy meal was so much food too! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place.“
“Overall Slackwater was delicious and so fun! Payton did a great job making sure everything we needed was provided in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient when I couldn’t make up my mind with all the beer selections they offer! Will come back.“
“Came in to the state for business, found this place on Google Maps and was grateful we did because everything was outstanding.Sat quickly, service was top notch from the tall guy with a beard, seriously you know he’s happy to help and talk to guests and you can see it. Coffee never ran out, they have raw sugar and gave a full cup of real cream not the gross oily tiny foil cups and food came out quick as well. My gosh was it good. Potatoes ???, omelette same and cinnamon roll pancakes ?Now if we ever come to SLC area again we know where we’re coming to eat. Thanks for the great experience which is becoming rarer these days“
“Scion Cider Bar in Salt Lake City is a delightful haven for cider enthusiasts, newbies, or anyone just wanting to try a new place. Long communal tables and cozy bar tops beckon, creating an ideal setting for camaraderie.Eclectic Crowd: Here’s the magic: Scion manages to attract a diverse crowd. And what pairs perfectly with games? Drinks! Scion gets it right with their enticing selection.Cider Wonderland: The bartender, with a warm smile, guides you through the cider wonderland. She’s like a compass, helping you navigate the sea of options. While I reveled in the cider flights, my hubby found his IPA match. Variety is the spice of life, after all.Food Temptations: Now, I missed out on the food (dinner timing, you know), but the anticipation lingers. The cheese board awaits my return, promising a symphony of flavors.Scion Cider Bar—where conversations flow, games ignite, and cider reigns supreme. Cheers to good times! ? I will definitely be back!“
“Something to know about me - if I have an hour jn a city before I need to catch a flight, I will 100% walk 29 min past three Starbucks to get to the coffee shop ranked best in town the last several years. And it did not disappoint! Cute ambiance, really nice staff, delicious coffee.“
“An update! My friend and I hosted our 70th birthdays here and it was the best decision ever! Vicki and her team are just wonderful. Everyone had a great time. It felt like "home" ! All the positive reviews say it better than I can. Shhhhh Let's just keep this gem of a tap room our secret!!!!A really fun place and the food is very good with excellent brand of gluten-free bread!“
“I love this place! It is so zen, quiet, and peaceful!Staff is friendly and approachable! It gives the vibe of being home! I usually get iced matcha latte with oat milk! There is a variety of teas for you to choose and they will make it for you.“
“Hands down best tacos we've had since moving from California. My whole family agrees as do all of my coworkers. And the owner is the nicest sweetest person you'll ever meet. Very grateful for her and her amazing food! Love the toppings bar too! Such a a great “
“This place is a hidden gem! We love finding great burger places and this one is the best in Salt Lake. The burger is made with fresh ingredients and built to perfection sandwiched by a perfect toasted bun. The staff is exceptional and very friendly. They take care of you. We highly recommend this place. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.“
“Enjoyed lunch today w/ my adorable 1 1/2yo grandson & 2 sisters, both blind using their canes. At the end of the meal, the server informed us that a fellow diner who had left some minutes before, had paid our lunch bill for 3. If you, sir or ma'am happen to read this, many thanks & at my earliest opportunity, I will pay it forward to another member of the community of persons with a disability. Bravo & while it may not be Yiddish, Tashi Dalek!“
“This was our first visit at Kimi's since they moved. What an upgrade!!! They were already high quality, but they are now incredibly top notch. The ambience is lovely, the decor and staircase are stunning, and the service is exceptional. The food was delicious on every single plate ordered and our server, Gary, was incredible. Looking forward to our next night out at Kimi's.“
“We came here during a huge downpour because we saw the frozen yogurt sign! It was nice to get out of the rain, but even nicer to chat with the owner. The shop had just opened for the day and some of the yogurt wasn’t quite frozen yet, but she was so kind and fun to talk to. The frozen yogurt was affordable and delicious. My son can’t stop talking about how nice it was. We need to go back again for yogurt, curry and conversation!Parking: Parking lot is great! Plenty of parking.“
“This is a remarkable establishment. They have so many delicious treats on their menu that have great nutritional value. Their shakes are my favorite l. Especially the fruity flavors. They are different and more tasty that any other smoothie you can get. I also love the Spa Day drink. The staff and owners are great people with warm smiles and truly personal service. The quotes on the walls and cups truly help me on harder days. One of the best businesses, period.“
“Best coffee in Salt Lake City was stoked to see the new location open up as I live in South Salt Lake and don't make it out to Sandy all that often and always stop in when in Sandy. The coffee is great the staff is kind and really enjoy the ambiance and space of the new location in Salt Lake“
“Went in for some To-Go beer and food. I usually stock to bring back to Vegas when I’m in town. Took back the Detour and Caravan which were just the the right strength and IPA taste I prefer. Also got the fish and chips, Nomad burger, and a souvenir Uinta tall glass to go. Food hit the spot back at the hotel room. It was a weekday and not too busy at the time. “ I’ll be back!”“
“A great fruit bowl place! All their Ingredients are Gluten, Dairy, and Soy free and made fresh daily! What I loved most about Nautical Bowls was their delicious flavors and coconut crumble on top! So good! The best most refreshing treat! Service was friendly and patient! The store was decorated so cute and beachy! Loved the vibes!“
“Service was good both times I went, but I didn't taste any coffee in the 12oz dark mocha the second time I ordered it. It was only warm both times instead of hot. Still, it tasted better than several other cafes' mochas I've had.“
“Came to this Shaved Ice place today to check it out, and it was amazing! I tried their newest gourmet specialty and it was FIRE!The girl was super nice, explained the menu and told me it was new, and if I loved strawberries and brownies, that was the one to pick. Not disappointed, will be back for sure! Can’t believe this place is locally owned!“
“Very cute little place with very yummy pie options!! We went here on Pi Day and it was decorated with balloons and banners to celebrate 3.14. We opted to have ours warmed and they were amazing. I will forewarn that the traditional size pie is pretty small - after finishing them you're left saying "that's all??" They're definitely worth a stop by, but I'd encourage getting one of the large sized options so you don't leave with the munchies :)“
“This place hands down has the best Pho in the valley. The broth is so good and the meats on the house special have always been great. They serve plenty of noodles as well with each bowl. The pot stickers are a great choice as well here. The service can be slightly slow but overall very satisfied with all aspects highly recommended!“
“This place is one of a kind! I usually pick up for Uber Eats from here but today I had the pIeasure of trying it myself. I had the tater tot skillet and it was amazing! The green sauce is out of this world ? then combined with everything else was absolutely delicious! I'll be eating here again because I want to try everything ?“
“Very comfortable and relaxing brewery & grill. Great beer selection and decent food options. I came her almost everyday while in town and I went with the pizza, which was good but it was thin and seemed a little lacking. It was more like a snack versus a meal. But still a great place to socialize and cut loose. I'd be visit again.“
“Handel's is quickly becoming one of the family's favorite treat stops. The staff is always friendly and the ice cream selection is huge. They offer sample can't decide and the staff has great recommendations. You may show up and there's a line. But it's worth the wait and typically moves fast.“
“Pretty good overall. Beer selection is great, staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Nice to go selections, and plenty of seating. Rotating food trucks to offer variety.Patio seating is a plus, other than when entitled customers smoke/vape and it blows in your direction (even though they have no smoking signs). It should be enforced more. Pet friendly for better or worse (usually better), but again that depends on the animal's owner.Would love to do a 4.5 but alas. Overall a mostly enjoyable experience“
“HANDS DOWN the best crepe place!! We have always gone to another restaurant for birthday dinners. This time, they wanted crepes- so we chose this one. We almost went to another crepe restaurant because they had globes you could rent and eat in. Sooo glad we chose this one! We couldn’t stop trying them and each time they brought us a new one, it was better than the last! (Keep in mind that the service is fantastic and fast- you just have to go up and order at the window- we waited for them to come to the table). I can’t specifically recommend a single one because of the nine (yes 9) we tried, every.single.one.was.phenomenal!!!!“
“I come here A LOT with my hubby. We have had so many fond memories here such as birthday celebrations, just because, and Holiday celebrations. I have a huge girl crush on one of the gal bartenders. She’s always so nice to me and has the prettiest tattoos! I was brave enough to tell her how pretty she is and she said I am too! Everyone here is a cutie pie and I just am so happy to come here every time the food and drinks are always superb!Vegetarian options: I have vegan and vegetarian friends that are impressed with how delicious their options are! So glad we can have our meat eaters and vegetarian friends together with great drink and food options for everyone!“
“Some of the best coffee in town. Atmosphere is great to study, meet friends, have a date or just read. Food options taste great! They have a great selection of sandwiches and salads, breakfast, and smoothies and juices for those on the go. They source locally for as much as they can, milk from rose hill dairy, pastries from city cakes and lone pine bakery, eggs from Clifford farm, the list goes on and on. The staff are always friendly and well trained in how to make a great cup of coffee always with a smile. I have been coming here for over 5 years and will continue to for many years to come!“
“Sunset Coffee in Salt Lake City is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the city, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere with a touch of urban charm. The menu boasts an impressive array of coffee options, from classic espresso drinks to unique specialty blends crafted with care and precision. What sets Sunset Coffee apart is its commitment to quality and community. Locally roasted beans ensure that every cup is rich in flavor and character, while the cozy seating areas provide the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or dive into a good book. And with its prime location offering stunning views of the city skyline, it's the perfect spot to watch the sunset while enjoying a perfectly brewed cup of coffee.“
“This is one of my favourite coffee shops in the city. Not only is the customer service top-notch, but they make sure to take your order ASAP and have it ready by the time you get to the window and pay. Tasty coffee, loyalty stamp cards are AWESOME and the little chocolate covered espresso beans are a perfect treat. Muffins are fresh, too, and delicious (especially poppyseed). The drive-thru is a bit peculiar to get in & out of, but once you figure it out, you're smooth sailing. Also, it's right by the giant whale ? so you can't possibly miss it. The only downside is... they still haven't brought back the chocolate cherry cordials ? as for drinks, my recommendation is the Irish Jolt :)“
“Been coming here for years since college, its iconic. Always gotten the spicy and sour glass noodles. The service here is always so nice.Sadly the price isn't what it use to be. 18 bucks for a bowl of noodles is kinda crazy :< but what can you do nowadays.“
“If you like heavier beers (heavy, sweet, dessert-like), Epic has some of the best. Some of my favorite include the Brewer Master's Keep, Naked Baptist, Big Bad Baptist, Son of a Baptist. The sours are great as well, if you like something lighter and tart. I was not as much of a fan for the flavored beers, but to each their own. Staff is really friendly.“
“I got a nIce vanilla oat milk latte and blueberry muffin. The muffin was fresh from the oven. Good coffee. Cute place. I wish they had larger large drinks. I need more than 12 oz. I asked about the egg sandwich shown in other reviews and they said they did not have eggs. But my friend got the avocado toast and they asked if she wanted an egg. ?“
“Stopped by and grabbed a quick bite. Service was friendly and quick, and pricing was super decent! Everything was delicious, we tried the sonoran and the cheesy one. It's pretty spicy because of the green chiles and hot cheetos but soooo tasty. Hats off to this food truck, great concept, and awesome delivery.“
“A friend and I were seated within 20 minutes on St. Patrick’s Day around 12pm. We typically wait an hour for brunch on a normal Sunday in SLC, so to get that kind of luck on a holiday was unreal!! The service in general was just lovely. Food portions are surprisingly large and everything had so much flavor. We order mimosas and the spiced vodka mule drink and loved every minute ??Parking: The lot is behind the restaurant, off the street, but there are only about 20 spots so you just kind of wait it out until someone leaves and you can take there spot. Otherwise you’d probably have to park down the block.“
“The staff is extremely attentive, the food is over the top. The portion sizes are perfect. This truly is a dining experience. Not to mention the wine is incredible. We shared a bottle of the Ripasso and it was phenomenal. If I had to complain about anything, parking is limited and the building is underwhelming considering the quality of the rest of the experience. Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in the valley. And they follow the European tradition of no tipping allowed. If you haven't had the opportunity to give this place a shot it should definitely be on your list.“
“I popped in here with my Husband for an early dinner. I was SOOO hungry! Good location with lots of fun shops and restaurants nearby. I forgot to get a picture. The food was fresh and yummy!!!! Good way to get your veggies in and eat something that’s healthier! So good!“
“We love this place! Such a cute, fun spot with patio dining and hip atmosphere. The food is all delicious, the service is excellent, and the restaurant is kept very clean by some of the cutest staff ever! Yes, we will definitely be back again soon. ?? ?“
“Ice cream is very icey texture here not that it’s a bad thing just less of smooth texture. Chocolate is decent super mild and milkier flavor. I do prefer a more rich darker chocolate ice cream myself but it was not a deal breaker. Cookies and cream on the sweeter side and milky vanilla base with Oreos. Cookie dough was also good vanilla base with chunks of dough (which they almost ran out of must be a big seller). Overall a decent scoop. I think the allure here is definitely the cute drive thru.“
“This time, we tried the citrus slaw, nam spring rolls, and filet mignon pho, all of which were delicious. We’ve been to Saola several times and it’s always a great experience with its stylish atmosphere, fresh and flavorful food, and outstanding service. Highly recommended.“
“As someone who has traveled all over the US, this is a top tier truck. The food is authentic, delicious and very reasonably priced! If you choose to get a burrito anywhere else you are a fool... Seriously, try them out! Will get lunch here every single day I am in town.“
“Really blown away by the brisket and the Mac n cheese and the beans! Some of the best BBQ and really the best sides I think I’ve had anywhere. Also enjoyed chatting with the owner. Friendly and great service. Simple operation but seriously good bbq.“
“Evo Hotel exceeded all my expectations! Customer service throughout the hotel, from front desk staff to cafe barista, skate park staff, retail store staff, yoga instructors, etc was phenomenal! (A shout out to Kennedy who patiently helped us through last min delays from our Amtrak train because of storms.) Everyone was genuinely friendly and eager to help/accommodate at every turn. We loved how clean and exceptionally well designed all the rooms were - with no carpet (which we loved!), lots of hooks and storage space, interesting artwork, and effective layouts. There are coolers you can borrow if you need to keep drinks cool, the cafe bar has great drinks and pastries, yogurts, and smoothies, and there is a filtered water dispenser on the first floor. As part of the stay, you have access to all the facilities and we enjoyed the evening yoga classes. There are lots of cute restaurants within a few blocks, and parking in the lot or out front was very easy. This is an industrial area, so there are some homeless people around, but we had no issues. With the fantastic customer service, clean & cook vibes, and all the fun amenities, this will definitely be our go to hotel in SLC!“
“I tried it for the first time, I was satisfied... we ordered hamburgers and their meat was very good and juicy, the garlic sauce was delicious. I really liked that we ordered takeout and their packaging is in a paper bag and boxes, they thought of everything including the environment and it is a plus, I look forward to the opening of the restaurant.“
