Superb food. Quesadillas are fully loaded with vegetable specially vegetarian ones and so very yummy. Sauces are very flavorful and great service.Plenty of outdoor seating and parking.A must visit here.
If I could rate this 11 out of 10 I would! We’ve been coming to Moab for almost 10 years now, and this is always my absolute favorite place to eat! I cannot even express in words how much I love it! The employees are always super Duper, friendly and fast! You absolutely HAVE TO stop by and get some food! Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free tortillas so you could make everything gluten-free!

GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! Both for quesadillas and cupcakes! The cupcakes are nut free as well. The Quesadillas can be made ONION & GARLIC FREE as well. I have so many food allergies that eating out, let alone eating from food trucks that serve comfort foods is out of the question. My husband found this truck and told them my food allergies and they had items I could eat. I was so excited! It was not only safe but it was also DELICIOUS!!!
