“La Preferida, is a small out of the way taco truck next door to a industrial fabrication building. While it is off the main strip it should not be missed if your looking for Mexican food in Moab. Each dish is made to order and it won't be sitting underneath any sort of heat lamp. Instead it pops out of the window into your waiting arms where you can take it to go or enjoy it on their outdoor tables. The food is top tier and you should be making the trip to this truck if you need some good food.“

“GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! Both for quesadillas and cupcakes! The cupcakes are nut free as well. The Quesadillas can be made ONION & GARLIC FREE as well. I have so many food allergies that eating out, let alone eating from food trucks that serve comfort foods is out of the question. My husband found this truck and told them my food allergies and they had items I could eat. I was so excited! It was not only safe but it was also DELICIOUS!!!“

“Delicious!!!! The meat and tortillas are perfect. The flavors balance perfectly. We ordered burria, carnitas and chicken tacos. The outside is a bit unassuming but the culinary experience leaves you with the desire to return. Food made with family recipes and love. We always eat here when we are in Moab.“

“This is where the locals come to eat Mexican. There was a constant flow of people in and out and lines for the drive thru. Quick, reasonable and vegan friendly. Are there twice! They have a vegetarian menu that is mostly vegan (you can ask for cheese or cream) and regular menu that can be made vegan on request (without cream, cheese or meat). Salsas and guacamole are the real deal. Spicy and really good and you can get as much as you want. Spoke to them in Spanish to verify this and that the beans are not made with lard. Ordered the veggie taco salad without cheese or cream. The shell was also crispy and tasty. They customised elote (sweet street corn) without mayo or cheese as well. Enchiladas are also good and they have excellent rice. Friendly fast service and very convenient. Right across the street from City Market and next to Sleep Inn. Highly recommended. “We came in from a recommendation from a family friend and had a great time.Atmosphere is great and service was wonderful. We were worried they were going to be busy during Easter Jeep safari week but before 6 we were able to walk right in.I ended up splitting a meal with my brother dinner for two Tapatio flaming. It came out on fire! It pretty much is a fajita style meal with chicken, stake, bacon wrapped shrimp.Everyone in our party loved the food and would suggest anyone craving Mexican style food to head on in.“
