Best authentic Mexican food in town! The quesabirria was FAR better than the 2 main "Mexican" restaurants on main street. Location is out of the way, but it was quieter than downtown.
La Preferida, is a small out of the way taco truck next door to a industrial fabrication building. While it is off the main strip it should not be missed if your looking for Mexican food in Moab. Each dish is made to order and it won't be sitting underneath any sort of heat lamp. Instead it pops out of the window into your waiting arms where you can take it to go or enjoy it on their outdoor tables. We had La Preferida cater for an event we had in Moab! The food was outstanding! Highly recommend!
