The hot Bobbie is delicious turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing all in one sandwich.

We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our sandwiches, and for what? we asked the staff why it was taking so long and they kept shrugging us off while we watched people who ordered after us get their sandwiches. If you are craving a sandwich, walk 30 ft to East Coast Subs.

1st visit, I got everything I ordered. 2nd visit, order is incorrect. Only difference is the 2nd visit didn't receive a tip. Verify your order and get what you pay for.

Very disappointing Capriottis! The restaurant was empty at 2pm but every table was dirty. I ordered a medium cheesesteak and there couldn't have been 4 ounces of meat on the entire thing. No thanks!

Out of town visiting and came by with friends to eat. Must say the sandwiches were delicious, just wish the greeting once we walked in would have been immediate and not where we asked if someone taking orders. Aside from that really enjoyed it.

Not sure if the meatball sub is meant to be cold but it was super cold. My friend ate half of his half and was done...told me to try it and it was an instant regret.

It was pretty empty when I was there. They got my wife's order wrong but fixed it and were very nice about it. The sandwich was good but not worth the price. Too

My order was made wrong. I was told to drive into the store for a refund. When I got to the store I was turned away because they don't do "cash" refunds, after the owner of the store told me they would have cash ready to refund me when I got there. I drove across town to get there because I had picked it up from an appointment on that side of town. I requested a call back to explain why I was told that and have received no contact and the refund took longer to return to my card than I was told.

I ordered 3 medium sandwiches, that took a little over 20 to get my order finished. A Bobby, Turkey Barbque, Cheese Steak. The Cheese steak was terrible, the bread was hard, the steak was over cooked, and the peppers were not cooked enough. The cheese tasted like melted Velvita. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had. The Bobby tasted like a stuffing sandwich with no flavor, very little turkey and a hint of cranberrys. The gravy was very water-downed. The barbque chicken had very little barbque sauce on it, but lots of coleslaw. It should be called the coleslaw sandwich. I can't believe this place is still in business.

Get the Bobbie sandwich. You'll crave it forever after. Get a nice big one. Only downside is it's a bit pricey for a sub shop.

Food has always been good here. The service however has taken a massive dive since last year. You may expect to stand at the register for 10 min while the NPCs that make regular eye contact do their best to ignore you to put cleaning supplies away (which is funny since they don't use them.) The tables have leftover food from previous dinners. The slow roasted meat they prepare beforehand will be ready from start to finish before they have 1 sandwich ready. If you order from here place your order before hand and pray they make it.

Usually love the hot Bobbie but decided not to order after seeing the hygiene of the workers, & both workers were just glued to their phones without even acknowledging us.

I've been eating at Capriotti's for the past 16 years of my life, absolutely love it! Unfortunately, I had my first bad sandwich experience a couple days ago and I was pretty upset. I'm never one to complain about something but I love Capriotti's so much that I decided to call them back today and speak to them about my recent situation. I spoke with Ariana and she was super friendly and received my issue well and told me she'd replace my sandwiches and to come on in. I would highly recommend this location specifically because Ariana was really amazing! Complete faith restored, thank you so much!
