“My family and I have been going to Tona for years, and there is plenty of reasons why. The staff are very polite and have good service. The food is PHENOMINAL. Whether you get a roll, Terriyaki beef/chicken or the miso soup. I lived in Japan for 2 years and this place is without a doubt the best place I've been to in Utah that can compare. We will forever be suppprters and customers of this establishment.”

“Not all Mexican Food is created equal. This restaurant in Ogden hits all the high marks for taste, presentation, quality and customer satisfaction. Very friendly owners are very helpful explaining what items are if necessary. The portions are huge. My Birria Fries could easily feed 2 or maybe 3 people. The fries themselves are great, thick, perfectly browned and not hard, perfect size for toppings of meat, cheese and sauces. One half is set up for meals with a toppings bar and the other side is for delicious desserts. Either way the sitting areas are plenty and easily accessible for seconds of either type….. A recommendation from our neighbors sent us here. We are so glad they did.”

I am not familiar with the food dishes. I thought maybe it would be similar to Chinese with thick and heavy meals. I tried the Thai BBQ chicken and my husband had the sweet and sour chicken. The meals were light , flavorful, delicious. We had such great food and great service we will being our kids next time. The suggested desert was a great end to a wonderful lunch.”

“I stopped in there this morning and had a breakfast sandwich. Best sandwich ever and I’ve ate a lot of them in 4,000,000 miles of trucking. The young lady must’ve been a manager or something because she was super friendly and acted like she cared.Stopped in for breakfast today between five and 530 or one of their breakfast subs told her what I wanted she got out the bread, opened it up and started preparing it and then told me that the oven was not available for an hour to an hour and a half when I asked her why she said this is their slowest time and that’s when they clean it 5:30 in the morning I don’t think so. That’s kind of breakfast time at a truck stop anyways she threw everything in the garbage and I left pleasant young lady just not too bright.”

You can tell right away when somebody actually cares about their job and their customers, and Cassie absolutely does. She was super positive, fast, professional, and somehow made the whole experience feel way more personal than just grabbing food at a drive-thru.

My order came out PERFECT. Fresh, hot, organized, and honestly just slapped way harder than expected. The energy she brought completely changed the vibe of my night. Customer service like that is rare nowadays, and people like Cassie are the reason customers keep coming back. Huge respect to her for going above and beyond and actually making people feel welcomed instead of rushed.

Every ingredient in my meal was chosen because it was at its peak of freshness. AND the carne???? Soft juicy and cooked to perfection! WHOMEVER or the WHOLE store most likely. “so i have a little 6 yr old boy with Autism and let me tell you i was super impressed with the staff at the ogden street market. we were in line for the donuts and he kept asking to go over and eat your food. ( he has a very picky eater so I did not think he would) But i walked him over there and he started looking at all the food and was kinda interested. with out me even asking the staff made him a taco for him to try!!!! once they handed him the plate he simply said “no thanks i don’t want it.” the staff then told me I could put whatever toppings I wanted to and try it myself. this to me was amazing. Just for them to be willing to let him try it and the customer service they had was by far the best. And let me tell you I shared that taco with my daughter and it was amazing.”

This location is quaint and the year-round seating outside is wonderful. I feel like I'm on vacation just dining by myself outside by the fire pits. It's also a great place for a date night.

“I like the firefighter and the Brazil whole beans. The Layton store is closest to me. I have to make a special trip for the FF blend at the Ogden location. I call before going so I can make sure it’s in stock. I called several times today but kept getting V/M. I drove up hoping they had it but, unfortunately they were out. This is the second time this has happened. On another run I actually got someone on the phone and they said it was available. When I got there they were out. That makes 3 special trips coming up dry. Yes I know you do shipping, but I don’t really wanna pay the cost and have to wait a week for it to get to me.

Would you please consider carrying the firefighter blend at the Layton location? It seems to be very popular so I’m sure you wouldn’t have any trouble selling it out of that location.”

“Traveling and decided we needed dinner. My husband wanted a chicken sandwich with more than just chicken on it. We searched online and found some options on the shake shack menu so we drove 6 mins off the freeway to Shake Shack in Riverdale. We were both pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. The staff was friendly and attentive even asking us how our meal was after we started eating and if we needed anything else. I ordered the bacon avocado crispy chicken and my husband ordered the crispy chicken with extra pickles. First, the pickles were not your average pickles. They were bigger and very good. Second, the avocado was in perfect condition! Third, our food was hot! Not just warm, hot, which is how we like it. Fifth the amount of crispy was impressive. Reminded me of really good fish n chips crispy. We also ordered cheesy fries to share and a black and white shake. We would have been fine with plain krinkle fries and the shake was good but we were pretty full by the time we were ready for it and felt it was average. The atmosphere was relaxed, pleasant, a good volume for the chill pop music, and a clean eating area. Parking is easy and finding the shake shack was also easy. Pricing for 2 sandwiches a shake and cheesy fries $30-$40.”
