i went to get some food and it was like a 44 minute wait to order and the employees just stood in the back doing nothing. the sandwich is not good at all the fries are hard as hell and imnever going back to that burger ever

The employees just decided to ignore the drive thru. I drove up to the window after waiting 10 minutes and going through the drive thru twice with no greeting or response. I've worked fast food, I know sometimes the speakers have issues or headset batteries die and it gets missed. Multiple employees saw me and purposefully ignored me. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot and no one else in the drive thru so its not that they were slammed or anything. They were just standing around talking. Its not okay to ignore customers.

Was traveling through the area and stopped to get food here! Terrible mistake! Not only was the food so bad, over cooked, heated and soggy, but you could not hire a more unfriendly, inattentive, miserable looking worker, who simply just seemed annoyed to do his job. My standards for fast food isn’t high but wow this just hit a new level!

The food was some of the worst I have experienced, everything was soggy (crispy chicken sandwich was soggy) and lettuce looked and tasted like it was going bad, and there was a hair in the chicken fries. I didn't eat any of it. The worker was rude and unfriendly and did not include any requested sauces. I will be charging back.

They only had a couple of workers and a manager. She disappeared and it took 20+ minutes to get our meal. People who came in after us received their orders before we got ours. We got the family meal of 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers and 3 fries. Only live a few blocks from them and everything was cold.Not going to happen again!

Order a large Diet Coke and a large Dr Pepper. Both tasted weird as well as being watered down. We asked if maybe the soda machine needed to be changed for both types. We we rudely told “the soda has tasted funny for months now and there’s nothing we can do about it.” We were not even offered our money back for the un-drinkable drinks. We understand that times are tough for finding decent employees. This location however consistently has issues, from being completely out of meat on multiple occasions as well as all soda. We have tried to be sympathetic, but this is excessive. We will not be returning.

I strongly highly recommend of not ever going to this burger King.... please!!!!!! U will save a lot of time by not going there. They make u wait a very long time to order your food... then make u wait a lot more time to give u your food. They don't even apologize for making you wait for a very long time. They don't even make it up to you by giving or even offering u a free item of the menu. They also messed up on your order. This location has been opened since the 90's and I loved it back then! But no more. They should definitely close this location. Sorry for bad review but NOT EVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN.

Such poor quality. All of the food was old, tough, and cold. Large onion rings was filled halfway with cold fries and old chicken nuggets. Chicken fries were so old and dry they were inedible. Ordered the new spicy melt and it was just on cold non-toasted bread. Double cheeseburger was also old tough burger patty’s. Only thing good was the soda…

Absolutely terrible. We asked for a whopper with no bun and it was given to us in a dish sideways. The lettuce was brown and mushy, no sauce, and even though we asked for no onion, there was still a hefty amount of onion. The beef patty was cold, the only edible part was the tomato and pickles. We called 3 times to try and get this sorted out. Not one answer. We also didn’t get asked if we wanted our receipt and they didn’t put one in the bag either. Just a terrible experience

They open at 6am. We're here currently at 8:20am and it was locked. No one was answering the drive thru. A person pulled up 2 hours late to our right as we were going to tell them it's locked and she said "that's because she was waiting for me" and then instructed us it would be another 30 minutes. I assume it was the manager. Not a good experience.
