The service SUCKED!!!! We orderabd went to pick up. Waited for a half hour after our pickup time before the kid acknowledged we were there. Had earbuds in and was not listening to phones, customers stacking up!!!!! Lost a customer tonight good job??

Never got my food, waited an hour and an half and was told I had to contact DoorDash to get a refund even though I placed the order through them, not DoorDash.

Waited over an hour AFTER when my order was supposed to be ready. Asked for a refund about 30 minutes after, and the crew member in the back got upset and said he “just put my order in the oven” and said it will “just be another 10 minutes.” 30 minutes later and it still wasn’t done. When I asked about it, another crew member said they hadn’t even started my order. By this point is was 8:25, it was supposed to be ready at 7:15. I hope I actually will receive a refund. So disappointed.

I ordered a medium pizza at 6, it didn’t come until 10:05 despite calling twice and being charged for it including a tip. Never again. $25. for cold rubber.

Avoid this place! I ordered two pizzas, when I received it, they had given me the wrong one. When I called them they said they would replace it for free and have it delivered with the next Door Dash driver. When the non English speaking driver arrived, the Pizza Hut ticket said I had to pay $32 something for the FREE pizza. I called Pizza Hut again and the guy said I had to have the Door Dash driver cancel the order so I could get credit for PIZZA HUTS mistake. I now have no pizza and have to find something else for dinner and hope they actually follow through and give me my credit. The poor Door Dash driver tried his best but didn't know what to do. Hope he enjoys my pizza I now don't have.

Accidents happen, but I've called in 6 times now, and all they do is transfer me to talk to someone, I listen to ads for 5 minutes, and then the call disconnects. And now they are telling to call corporate later instead to give feedback...

Since when does door dash deliver for Pizza Hut? That's awful because if a driver steals your pizza they won't make you a new one or anything is like oops sorry wish I could help you. After waiting an hour for my pizza I got assigned a new driver who called to tell me that my pizza wasn't there and to hope the first driver drops it off, and since the pizza wasn't ordered through doordash im just out $30. Do not order delivery from this place
Terrible company a bunch of thieves. They stole $30.30 and wouldn't refund any of it. They wouldn't even give me the food I ordered either. Saying we only have 2 people here after waiting 20 mins for nothing. And then stealing my money. This is a bad experience and please don't buy from here they steal your money and I will never eat at pizza hut again. And you may say oh I'm just saying that I used to eat at IHOP and I have not been there for over 20 years
