The food is alright, and it's pretty convenient to grab a quick bite on campus. Though, the customer service leaves some to be desired, while the employees are generally nice, a few are downright rude, and it makes the whole ordering process feel rather uninviting.
Grab and gos are often lukewarm if not cold and the prices on the board are way off and for some reason have not been updated, the board says 4.79 for the veggie delight and I get up to register ready to pay and am informed as I'm about to put my card in that my total is almost 8 bucks for 1 simple sandwich, which is an insane discrepancy for a food item

As someone who's been here frequently, the food here is pretty ok, but the the customer service here I gotta say is horrendous. One time my Weber Card had nothing wrong with it, and I made sure I had cash on it, yet they kept telling me to go check at the info desk. I came back and tried to fix it and they still wouldn't do anything about despite it being their problem.I get that we're all human beings, but they could at least make people just trying to get a simple meal a little...read full review
