Had to take off a star due to how long it took, but there was also only 2 people running the store so I blame whoever made the schedule for that. Food was very high quality though.

I come in menu still shows breakfast so I ask for a number 1 croissant that shows on the menu from the start this guy is very rude , anyways he just rudley say here for my order so I say thank you , anyways I didn't even get a number one croissant I got a number one wopper wich wasn't even on the menu , but yeah I still ate but I wasn't gonna talk to that rude guy again gave very negative energy, like I swear everytime I come here all the workers are very unhappy like this place is depressing because of them.

There seems to be something wrong with the employees here. I waited in line for about 15 minutes while the line grew bigger and bigger and no food was served and no one in the line was talked to. The employees seemed to be slowly shuffling around in the back without speaking to one another. It was like a scene out of Innsmouth. I don't blame them for having trouble speaking to humans if they are in fact corrupted by dagon the fish God.

Dude at the counter didn’t say a word to me while I was ordering, he walked to the back half way through my order then came back. Only sound he made during the ordering was a little burp. He also was prepping food with no gloves. Disgusted.

Ordered two meals. One was fine. The other one was made with either old or stale bread and the cheese looked like it was sitting out for a while. Completely inedible.

This is for BK corporate. Went there for food and no one knew what they were doing. Placed my order and paid for it. Ten minutes later I was told no sweet tea. Ok I'll take cokes. 25 minutes later, I was told it would be an hour wait for the cookies. I told them that wasn't happening I'll take a refund. Meanwhile, with my sandwiches and fries sitting there, he was just putting the onion rings in the fryer. He told me he couldn't refund the cookies because he didn't know how. I asked for the manager and poor Douglas told me he was it. I asked him to call his manager. I was told he had no one to call. I told him he needed more training which he wholeheartedly agreed. Because it's Christmas time, I told him to forget it. I blasted this poor kid (then of course apologized). But this is on Burger King Corporate. What kind-if any-of training do you put managers through?? You should be ashamed of yourselves. Several people waiting in line left when they heard it was going to be 30-40 minutes for their order. Unbelievable!

I had to wait for the cashier to fill up the mop bucket before I was greeted. I asked if they were going to wash their hands and the response was "I will wash them after I am done." I didn't order.

The employees were so friendly. They were so smiley and nice. The food was ready quickly. And when my son took a bite he said, "wow, this is delicious!" It was just a cheeseburger, but it was good!It was clean and well stocked. I will definitely go back to this location. ?Kid-friendliness: My son loves the free crowns.

The reason for 3 stars is purely for Laureen. She was super kind and super apologetic when my boyfriend and I had to wait for a while to order. There was an older gentleman in the back however, and I have to give him the benefit of the doubt because they’re understaffed but he was quite literally yelling at Laureen. I don’t know if he is the manager of this place or if he was just in charge for the night and I didn’t catch his name but just leaving a review to get it out there. Yelling at employees, especially in front of customers is incredibly unprofessional. I worked in fast food service for a couple years and I never experienced something like that as a worker and as a customer. Note to whoever was in the back tonight, the customers can see and hear what you’re doing and saying. Laureen, you were awesome! She deserves a raise 100 percent!

We got Burger King late one night after doing a lot of shopping. Laureen was a sweet lady at the register. She was so kind and friendly to us even though it was late and they were closing. Laureen deserves a raise! ?

If it was possible to give negative amount of stars, i would. Had to order on the app because it was faster than waiting for an employee to take the order. This location is severely understaffed. While waiting for order every table was dirty. Waited over 20-30 minutes for food. Will not be coming back to this location.
