I really enjoyed the burger here after a long day of skiing in Park City. This place is pretty pricey, but honestly the burger was extremely worth it. The burger had this tasty, unique taste that really is hard to explain. You could tell it was aged well and seasoned exceptionally. Paired with an old fashion, it did not disappoint. I also chose to add the truffle fries and would highly recommend it! One thing to know -- it's valet only! Would recommend coming back!!
The food noticeably underperforms for the price point and the fact that it's only a small menu that needs to be focused on doing well. $28 burgers necessitate amazing as does the environment. Our party of four felt more of an inconvenience than a “we're glad you're here”. Most know the Montage caters to high end guests, but you still have to deliver the premium experience. “O.K.” isn't good enough in this segment. Our waitress was friendly would have been the high point.

The Falafel burger was so dry and at the price point, it should have been outstanding. Overall, while the server was pleasant, everything was very slow - understaffed. It is time for restaurants to start to provide pre-COVID quality especially if they are going to charge extraordinary prices.
