I'm not sure what's going on with the food industries, but the Park City regions have really let me down in a big way as of recent. I got in, ordered two turkey bacon avocado sandwiches and two chicken chipotle salads with extra chicken. I discovered they didn't add any chicken to my salads, but yet, I was charged a little over $50 for chicken salads with extra meat. I contacted as soon as I found out, I was told that I would receive a refund for the salads, which I thought was fantastic. However, I was also informed that the manager would have to take care of it first thing the following morning and that I would be getting a call at eight in the morning. I checked to make sure my ringer was on and waited, but there was no call. When I contacted again the next day, I was informed that I would have to write their ridiculous email in order to receive a refund and that the salads would not be redone. Weeks have passed with no reply. I'm not coming back here! I'm so sick of people not being accountable or proud of their work. I spent two years working at Five Guys, so I understand how mishaps can occur and how difficult it can be to deal with people, but at least make it right.

The folks who work here are the reason I would go back to this location. The food was yummy, but all the folks who work here went above and beyond. We were given samples to try. The guy at the register was very friendly, another guy actually bussed our table, and when we left there we very sincere sounding good byes. I usually avoid chain restaurants, especially cafeteria style places, but I will be back here for sure.
