Last night’s visit to Cafe Zupas in Park City was an absolute delight, thanks in no small part to the exceptional service provided by Jose. I decided to try the Mediterranean Protein Salad Bowl, and it did not disappoint. The greens were crisp and fresh, a perfect bed for the juicy tomatoes, tangy feta cheese, and succulent grilled chicken.
