I ice cream and they didn’t put raspberries on it. I tried to call over and over but they or the DoorDash people would not answer my call!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had. First off, they were using their bare hands and then when I got to the register they accused me of lying because they made my order wrong. I found the email of the owner and sent an email requesting a refund. I was told we could go in and get two free ice creams instead of a refund but I was not told to which location. I do not live near this location and my husband and I were visiting there for our anniversary. I went to a different location and showed them the email we were told to show and we were denied the free ones (makes sense after they told us it's owed by someone else). I reached out again and was told they would send me a giftcard since they couldn't do a refund. After sending me address and everything they BLOCKED me!! How unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend Cold Stone to anyone.

We went in last night, saw a long line, but really wanted ice cream. The employees seemed overwhelmed and confused. One of the employees was chatting with his friends, not worried about helping customers. Then started eating his own ice cream in a cup on the mixing board. We decided to leave at this point. The experience was so bad it was comical.

Wanted ice cream and java cow on Main Street was closed, so came here. There were 12 people in line ahead of us. After almost 10 minutes, the line didn't move at all. There were 2 people working here, with little to no urgency. Save your time and just pick up some ice cream from Smith's.

Sheesh! This place is filthy. The floors were filthy. Garbage overflowing. Tables sticky and gross. Bathrooms gross and smelly. No paper towels to dry your hands. I hope the kitchen was actually clean because the common area for customers was appalling.

We've placed orders on 4 separate occasions. Not one has been correct. Once, we called to let them know they messed up the order and received terrible customer service. If you eat here, good luck.

Thought we'd treat ourselves to some nice ice cream for a fun night out and we ended up leaving pretty disappointed. The three teenagers working were pretty uninterested in helping us and the online orders took precedence.I asked for a love it of the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection and the one kid (I believe he was new to the job) doing our orders put almost nothing in it. He kept trying to read the sign on the wall because he didn't know what went in it. Then he ran out of hot fudge and wouldn't go to the back to get more. He just stood there squeezing an empty bottle and then moved on with an empty Peanut butter jar. Here's what my ice cream came out like.Barely mixed, nothing in it, and hard as a rock. I had to let it sit so I could eat it. Paid for a signature and got plain chocolate ice cream. ? I ended up finding the one Peanut butter cup he added in the bottom of my ice cream, whole.Pretty disappointing. I appreciate the kid that helped us when it was busy!! But he honestly should have had someone else paying attention and giving him instruction. The other 2 associates couldn't be bothered to even look at those in line.

I'm was here not to long ago I waited forever for my service. I was eventually served by the short chubby girl. And she told me "I'm not giving you your ice cream until you pay I don't trust you." the words that came out of her mouth shocked me. I didn't know I was going to get profiled. This interaction disturbed and disgusted me.I'm not sure what kind of business is being run but it is unacceptable. I will not be returning to Coldstone again.

My wife and I went to Coldstone Today to get some Ice Cream. We went about 45 minutes before closing and found that their was a line, but it didn’t look too bad. We stood in line until after closing before we were able to get served. The music was so loud I almost had to yell at the workers my order for them to even hear me. The music they were playing had a lot of profanities in them with a lot of little children around. They had three people working. Two of the workers were trying to make the ice cream as quick as they could while the third was leisuring around making cakes. She would stop and talk to the other girls and complain about how long the line was. The ice cream was good as it usually is. Definitely wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at Cold Stone.

Coming from someone who worked at a cold stone 10 years ago I'm appalled at what I'm seeing. It's 7:40pm on a Sunday night. People are lined up to the door and there are 3 employees here and they worried about making cakes for the next day instead of the 30 min line we are standing in. Taking their time to finish closing duties instead of helping customer in the store. Clearly the owner doesn't care at all and the other reviews are spot on.

The worker there (Marcus) was extremely helpful. After giving me a taste test he gave me a sweet little kiss on my forehead and asked what I would like. After I ordered he gave me a loving embrace and sent me on my merry way. Will definitely be coming back for that Marcus boy!!

the teenage kids kicked 6 customers out because they forgot to lock the door 15 min before closing time. I was served and asked the kid if he cared about permanently losing customers. He said not really. the worst customer service I have seen in my lifetime.

I am so extremely disappointed, me and my family went for a ice cream run. But we left that place with no respect for one of the employees. One of the guys that was with us went to go order but the employee ( Marcus) completely ignored him because Marcus had his friends in the building and thought that they were more important than helping a guy that wanted some ice cream. I'm very disappointed. I would not recommend.

A worker(Marcus) was very successful in keeping good business etiquette despite rude customers making noises and causing ruckus. He was very zoned in on his customers and did not disappoint on his customer service. I was very proud of the composure the young man had and also of the company's hiring system.
